Subs were bizarre today, he put a load of square pegs in round holes I just don't see what he was trying to do, he distroyed what little shape we had and made the game harder for us, it was almost back to the bad old days of little Lee's tombola , all a bit depressing really

Long time since I see a player that far out his depth, the game just passed him by, when he did get the ball he wanted far to much time on it, it looks like there could be a player there but think it will take him some time to get used to the pace of the championship

Max played very well and stopped the score being shameful, that's something I guess

That's the worst we have played under Maning , every outfield player should be ashamed of how they played today no fight, most had just given up by 60 minutes, I was expecting us to play poorly but not that poorly, what a mess

Disappointed they don't ask about later trains home , once up north the last train home is often before 1800 which dose add some worry when heading back
-
I really hope we play like we did against Southampton and total batter QPR but been watching city to long so know this is just the sort of the game against a poor team at the bottom of the table that we will forget how to play football and lose  fingers are definitely crossed we don't and get a good win

Can do one!
If you are getting outclassed on the pitch and you have a chance to lump one into the box with a free kick 20 yards in their half, do it!!!
How many times were we in a position like this and three passes later it’s back with Max or we’ve given away possession!
FFS!!!
Bang on we need to stop trying to play it out from the back and get the ball forward quicker, I don't want long ball but just to see forward passing attacking football instead of passing sideways

5 wins in 18....pretty much par for the course for us at this level.
That's true but wasn't one of the reasons we were told for the management change was to break this cycle and push on to top 6, its actually gone the other way and we look weaker than before

Since Manning had come in we have been in relegation form points wise thank god Nigel foot us some points in the bag early or we would really be in trouble now, we should stay up but I really worry about next season Manning seams to have no plan B or the ability to change his tactics to suit the played he has

Only because the rest have been incredibly poor.
Leeds have had 6 shots.
2 off target, 1 blocked.
One of the saves was right at him, the other was a very good bit of reactions, but very fortunate for the ball to bounce over the bar from that position and was also right at him.
The other save I genuinely don't remember- in fact it just came up in the highlights and guess what... it was straight at him.
I realise this won't go down well with his fan club who can't bare anything other than effusive praise for him, but saying the shots were at him isn't a knock on Max (though it will probably be claimed as such), it's the reality of them.
He's done all he needs to do right, and so is doing well, but the reason Leeds aren't ahead is down to poor finishing rather than good goalkeeping.
So what you are saying is he got his positioning perfect so he was in the perfect place to make the save look easy , just shows what a good keeper he's become,

Great to see our League 1 keeper having a blinder tonight, we would easily be 4 down without Max tonight,
No idea what's happened to the rest the team all seam off the pace,
Tanner and Zak are having there worst games of the season , lot of work to do at half time

Interesting about the potential standing being expanded in the south stand, it will be a couple of issues thought, I am guessing it will be the whole lower half of the stand as originally proposed when it was built but what happens if there are quite a few in there who have got used to sitting and don't want it, will the club think on the greater good or not do it because of a few,
Also for it to work it really needs to be unreserved or there will be on end of issues but would the club be prepared to give up 10% of the stands capacity to make this happen ,
Think a lot of things need thinking about before they actually do it,

Totally agree couldn't believe the amount of stick Max was getting from a small number of members last night, makes a mistake and now not good enough for league 1 he's won us more points than he's lost us this year,
Just feel some need to get a grip a point against a very good in form side going for the play offs is an excellent result ,
Again we played really well yesterday the win will come don't panic

Just happy we finally got someone who can take a set peace, been missing from our game for so long, every corner we looked like we could score I really enjoyed that

It bloody cringeworthy . Like a load of little kids. I’m all for having fun believe me but I thought S82 were supposed to be hard core ultras . It’s embarrassing . I agreed when the whole West Ham end started singing
what the ******* hell is that .
It should have died when Johnson snr got sacked . you are a bit of a misery by the sound of it, try joining in next time and enjoying yourself, going to the football is all about having fun and being silly sometimes, if you just want to sit down and clap politely maybe you would be better off with a season ticket at the country ground

2 stewards bottom of S25 steps weren’t checking anyone’s ticket they weren’t interested. Then you had 1 poor guy trying to stop people sitting/standing in the wrong seats but he had no chance. The stewarding team IMO were way out of their depth, see more stewards in our area on a league game. Very poor last night
Think the biggest issue was last night was a totally different set of stewards to normal, the normal experienced one who know how to manage that section were not there in stead was a load of kids who I had never seen before who didn't have a clue what they were doing, what ever little training they had didn't see them ready for that ,
All no helped by the usual scam of copies of tickets being used by the kids to get in there wouldn't be surprised if some tickets were not used 3 or 4 times by different people to get in,
Also the normal stewards stop people coming up into the south stand and walking along the rows to get the s82 but last night no one stopped it so lots of kids came in from the left filling the area even more

It would help if people didn’t deliberately choose to sit in the wrong seats.
But no one ever sits in there allocated seat in the singing section that's the whole point of the area you just go and stand with your mates and it works absolutely fine for every league match,
The problem is these big games when you get people buying tickets in that section who have no idea what it's like and start trying to find there seat instead of just finding a space and that kind of knocks the whole system out of sync,

BBC have Williams as the 14th best player in our side in there ratings, I guess they were watching a different match to me as I thought he was excellent for us tonight and ran the midfield,

Sam Bell massively reminds me of Wes Burns. He will go on to play regularly at this level but not for a while
I agree with that, In 5 years time could see Bell being really good in the championship, it's just the having to spend the money on developing him over a long time I can't see the club going down that road just like they didn't with Wes

Wow what a comeback 3-1

Very enjoyable match so far, would say that's the best 45 minutes from us since the management change , we are looking a very good attacking side so far today
So, Where are we with Liam

I am surprised to see how many have gone for back in the summer and potentially sack in November, all that dose is right off the 24/25 season, we are not the richest club and that's wasting more money on players in the summer who may not fit the next managers style,
I was split between options 1&2 but went for sack now so we can get someone in who can see the players we have now in action so can know who he wants to keep and were he wants to add in the summer,
