Alot of it for me depends on how well Leicester and the relegated teams restructure. Think Ipswich and Sheffield Wednesday coming up are solid.

I agree with Ainsworth, Plymouth aside (on paper), there aren't many what I would call weak teams, and we're barely into the transfer window proper yet.

Wednesday are a mess behind the scenes got rid of there manager for no reason, will have to see how there new manager works out for them could go ever way,

All 3 coming down look like they got quite a bit of rebuilding to do so could start slowly,

I don't really see anyone head and shoulders ahead this year

  2. As part of the new TV deal sky are meant to be announcing all there championship TV fixtures up till end of December in one go so people travelling plans are not messed up, it's going to be interesting to see the actual fixtures list till end of December very soon, think there is a few games of ours in the period I could see them putting on TV

Most of the players won't mind as it's for the 50 over cup and we usually lose 12 of our players to the 100 meaning they won't have to wear it.

But I'm not sure what they were thinking there

It's a joke shirt for what is now a joke competition ,The 50 over is now just for 2nd 11 and under 21s to keep the county's who don't have a 100 team ticking over, every match is some sort of a team say to get people in to Taunton as there is not much interest in the cricket, I wouldn't be surprised if they made the shirt like this to get people talking,

That’s an improvement, as I thought there was only going to be two carriages once an hour?

The line is still only going to be hourly as that is network rail wish list no money to do all the extra track work needed to allow a half hour service,

It's not just the need for a loop at Pill, if I remember correctly for when I looked at the proposal a few years back the branch would also need to be doubled from Parson street to around the site of the old Ashton gate station, and putting the slow lines back in between Temple meads and parson at, Bedminster and parson street back to 4 platforms and the Exeter end bay platform back open at temple meads,

On a plus I believe both the new stations are going to be able to hold a new 5 car IET train so that should help with capacity on the line,

I thought Max slipped under his recent standards today, his distribution in particular took a step back. We need to see what Nikita Haikin can offer before the end of this season really, so I think the opportunity is there to give him a couple of games.

Don't see Haikin as here for anything more than cover at the moment,

basted on the way he's playing in France at the moment I would expect Bajic to be looked at as possible number one next season, he seams to have a bit more about him than Max,

  6. I never wanted to move so am glad it never happened, the gate is our home and the excellent redevelopment shows we didn't need to move,

If we would have ended up with a 40000 seater then it would have been half empty for most games with no atmosphere and no sole,

We would have been like someone like Reading stuck with a ground to big for us thats only hope of ever filling is if make it to the premier League and can fill it with away fans and day trippers,

Things differently worked out for the best

But if you are concluding that its easier to afford it in Preston, White City, Blackburn, Hull, Wigan, Blackpool* then that would be a wrong conclusion obviously.

Looking at the list and not to sound like a Gashead but our percentage of away support compared to home attendances must be bottom of the league.

*Just picking teams that have nowhere near our fanbase but higher away support.

I think a lot of it is about how far people have to travel, the club's you list all have a lot of close games that helps, only 7 sides have a higher avarage distance to travel than us

Certainly getting a response today, 3-0 down at home, they lost 4-0 last week.

Cue the “bet they beat us on Tuesday” posts..

They might well do with all of our injuries, but they are 7 points from safety & rock bottom at present, so even that might not save them.

I think we are playing them at the right time, as give Colin another 3-4 games and he will start to work his magic, at the moment they really are still a basket case, even with our problems at the moment we need to be looking to get 3 points in the week

Just out of curiosity, how long exactly have you been waiting for an opportunity to get on his back? Must have been incredibly disappointing to have to sit through so many excellent performances by him before your moment came up.

I am really disappointed for him, been singing his name each week as he's been a rock at the back for us these last 12 games , don't change the fact that it's all gone wrong for him tonight, I just hope he comes back strong
