Believe what you want, I know the conversation I had and wouldn't lie about it.

Potentially. I just think if that's the attitude some within the club have towards our Manager, it's not a good look at all
  3. Neil Warnock overrated, get those rose tinted spectacles off some of you ? How many promotions has the man had? How many average sides has he had overachieving? The best Manager at this level in the past 30 years bar none and it's quite comfortable too, whether you like the Man or not, it is facts

Interestingly I was speaking to an Academy coach about City today (dont have a name) and found him totally disrespectful towards NP. "Never should have been appointed, dinosaur, knows nothing, should drop Matty James and play youngsters, should be sacked" If this is the sort of attitude that some of the backroom staff have towards our Manager then what do they tell our Players and youth players. It doesn't exactly look good on the club at all.
  5. Celebrities/Elites/Politicians have no idea how the 'normal' people live, I would say the majority of people are concerned about putting food on the table for them and their family. It's nauseating listening to them drone on and on about their endless rubbish, they're boring - no wonder TV and Film has gone way downhill over the last decade or so when majority are more interested in stroking their own false ego and their hypocrisy stinks
  6. Blimey never seen a truer word spoken about this subject.

It is facts, you can dislike his style and manner but the facts are he has overachieved time and time again with club's in the Championship. I wouldn't be disappointed to get him in until the end of the season if the rumours are true about NP.

Warnock did very well with Middlesbrough. If you look at their side (pretty average) and he has made them quite competitive which they were not under Woodgate and managed to get results against the best sides. He's a genius at this level

Ian Gay on a 3 year deal with Lez as his Assistant and headhunter as director of football
  10. I really can see a resignation in the next week or so if his health is effecting his ability to Manage us. Get well soon NP
  11. Pretty much accurate on how I feel towards the club. It's like Mr Lansdown has fallen asleep at the wheel since the League Cup run
  12. I admit I have been one of NP defendants since the Summer, but I am having my doubts whether he will get us out of this mess right now. We have looked woeful since the first international break in September, I have never known a City side so uncomfortable in possession and devoid of creativity and threat (Even when we were relegated we managed to be threatening). He has to take some responsibility for how bad we have been, we don't look confident or sharp at all. At least play Scott and Massengo most games so we have something to get excited about? His demeanour recently has been negative and it sounds like the same old same old which reflects on the performances of players. The bigger picture though is this has just been a continuation of crap since around 2019 when LJ was in charge of absolute rubbish football and 'survivalist first' mentality that is causing our downward spiral. There is an aura around the club that they value the club higher than what it actually is 'High Performance Centre' kind of speak which is total rubbish as far as i'm concerned. Steve Lansdown to me has again fallen asleep at the wheel and is watching us slide again back to League 1. I wish we were back at the old style Ashton Gate with players who loved playing for the club and it didn't feel very corporate at all, but the whole experience over the last 2 or 3 years have been that of corporatism and arrogance from within the club
  13. This is as bad as i've seen this season and I was at West Brom. Seriously worried about the future

An absolute prat isn't he. How the hell is he still in the job 5 years later, he is one of the reasons match days at AG have gone downhill so quickly as well. Needs his marching orders as I'm sick of hearing his annoying man child style voice

He's a good Children's Entertainer i'll give him that, but on the tannoy for Football games? No chance. His voice screams corporate and very cringeworthy.
  16. During the 1990s both clubs were in the bottom division whilst we stumbled between 2nd and 3rd tiers as usual and our players would usually play for Cardiff or Swansea after playing for us, they would sign our cast offs. Bigger clubs? Definitely now, but if we reached the top flight and stayed there a couple years you would have to consider it quite even.
  17. You can't polish a turd, the same Spurs players got Pochettino and Mourinho sacked too. They are boring, show zero commitment and the attitude from most of the players is poor. I don't feel sorry for Nuno though, after his antics in that game
  18. There is no strategy. It's just corporate speak most of it and total waffle from the club. We have played without a style or structure for around 3 or 4 years, there is no plan other than to just simply 'win matches' without a long term goal. We have no identity, no structure and it's unclear where we're heading.
  19. I get the feeling it was NP assessing whether the pair were up for the job and has seen that they aren't good enough and gave them a fair chance. That's how I'm looking at it anyway
  20. I will never know how we managed to have a coaching team of Holden/Downing/Simpson after a month without a Manager, when LJ left us in more than an adequate position for a proven manager to push us on. To me it will be a huge turning point in the History of this club over the next decade. A huge c*** up similar to the club choosing Pulis over Moyes. It has set this club back years
  21. Really? He will probably be in his peak over the next couple of years. If he isn't with us he'll be at another Championship club, or a back up goalkeeper in the Premier League. If Lee Camp can play at Championship level for over a decade then Daniel Bentley certainly will
