Echo my sentiments. To a man we've been excellent so far. Apart from the idiot El-Abd. You're bang on about the ref he's been awful and a complete homer. He will no doubt give them more.

We were absolutely cruising until the sending off. Furious. I didn't actually see it but I don't know what the **** he is doing getting involved. Absolute liability. Everyone has put in a great shift but an extremely tough 45 ahead.

The pitch looks absolutely shite. Delighted Kelly is back on the bench. With the exception of El-Abd that's a reasonably pacey back line. Hopefully we can snuff out the threat of Assombalonga.

Just arrived myself and parked up. Very grotty little place. Arrived more in hope than expectation tonight. Think it will be tough but as long as we try and go for it that's all we can ask. Be interesting to see the line up. I'm going for 2-2 but I would love to beat this lot. Got to believe. COYR

He does and is an easy target at the moment I guess. Trouble is he was meant to be the leader/nasty type we needed. A 'tough cookie' shouldn't get so nervous and battle through the tough times. Strangely enough I still think he could be a good signing but worry that it might turn into a Fontaine situation if he continues to cost us goals but isn't taken out of the firing line.

That's the problem, performance wise he is improving but after making mistakes I would have thought his concentration levels would improve at least but clearly not. It just worries me that he's kept in the team no matter what.

Huge huge 3 points. I honestly can't wait for Tuesday now. Will be leaving work early for it! Performances at this stage of the season don't matter we just need points on the board. JET....what a goal. Only at BCFC would morons want a player with that ability sold....of course we can do so much better can't we? As for El-Abd absolute liability. He just gets worse every week.

Keep the faith Jeff. It will be tight but think we will have enough. Gills were poor but they ain't the worst side I've seen this season. I guess the main thing is we grinded it out. We obviously have to improve but with players returning from injury etc at least we have a little bit more quality in depth now.

Made hard work of that today. A better side would have punished us after that second half showing. Thankfully Gillingham were a poor side. First half was good to be fair though. I think the longer it's only 1-0, even when playing well makes everyone nervous. We dug it out though and at present we won't get fluid and quality performances week in week out. Crucial win and we need to kick on from this now. What a goal to win it by Gillett though. I was listening to Ed Hadwin's commentary on radio bristol on the way back home and it didn't do it justice. I think I nearly fell asleep hearing his boring tone. Had anyone been listening to the game on radio bristol they would have thought it was just an average goal. I thought JET was better today as well. Some of the stick given to him by many morons at the moment is completely over the top though. Shame a lot of fans can't appreciate talent. Yeah he's having a bad spell but the blokes still class when he's on song. Bit crazy and out there but maybe a bit of support and encouragement for a change? Hard for some clearly. Every player is different.

So far so good. JET looks in the mood today. Need another to kill off this poor gillingham side. Great finish from Baldock. He looks a changed player coming in from out wide under SC. I think it's fair to say SC is getting the best out of him.

In terms of personnel that's not a bad 11. However it's very much a case of square pegs in round holes again. Why Cunningham has been dropped I don't know. Osbourne has had a few sloppy moments of late but can't believe he is dropped and El-Abd isn't. Actually I can as El-Abd is a 'tough cookie' and one of Steve's boys. Personally wouldn't have dropped Pack either. Either way today is massive and we need to give the boys out support. I just can't help but feel a bit concerned by SC and his team selections of late. It just seems to me he is very much running out of ideas. Today just seems very McInnes like, almost pulling names out of a hat with no real thought process. Hope Stevie boy proves me very wrong though! Also today is a massive opportunity for Fielding. Really hope he takes it. Let's hope everyone remains patient and backs the bloke. COYR!

Be interesting to see what formation it is but looks very much like 3-5-2 with Osbourne and Cunningham as wing backs. Wade Elliott and Pack holding with JET in front just off the front two?

I do agree we need to win games. This is exactly why we need to go for it at home more unlike the Coventry game.

Yeah for their goal we should have closed the player down without doubt. It was a good strike but gave him far too much space. Hard to tell if it was a worldy or whether it just went over Moore from where we were sat.

For those moaning we actually played well today. Horrific conditions didn't help. I would say that although a point was a fair result we just about edged it. Had we got Wes Burns into the game more second half and JET later on we would have won. Just not quite enough creativity in the final third. Marlon Pack was absolutely superb today and was without doubt the best player on the park. We looked so much better with a back 4. Some will also be disappointed to here that Aiden Flint was exceptional today. He looked very assured, but probably because it was a back 4 and he wasn't being booed or covering El-Abd's ass all game. Incidentally El-Abd also very good. We've not looked that solid for a while.

Absolutely freezing here. I'm glad he's made changes but why has Cunningham been dropped? He was awesome against Cov. Glad we have gone 4 at the back with El-Abd central at last. Hope this is the kick up the arse JET needs but fail to see why he can't do a job left of a 3 up top if Barnett can. Great to see Burns start though. Completely deserves it and I'm excited to see what he can do from the start.
