NP to move to DoF, Shakespeare in as DoR, Smith to come in as manager.

Now this really does open up possibilitys. Are NP and Smith not on good terms,

So is there a possibility of some sort of NP, Smith, and Shakespeare. In some sort of running the football side combination ?

Not cheap and SL be digging deep. But it got some real football sense about it. Has it not

That's fair enough Cyril. A lost dressing room would be a very pivotal point. It's an awful time to be a City fan.

I just don't see what's up. I see most games via being there, robins or streaming. And we really look clueless with no game plan and no desire.

Now I really belief the quality of the majority of players is not that bad. And we have a decent manager in NP.

So what is going wrong ? We should be doing much better. And I would only expect a bit higher than mid table this season . And at present we sprinting to div 1.

Does NP need further time off, long term, in his recovery from covid?

Are  the players really not that good ?

No desire, is not acceptable. They are overpaid in a job millions of people want to be. Kick there asses hard and out.

Because I really think Div 1 is going to be a long term disaster.

I love this club . Some body sort it out please

What they do on the training ground, what they're told, doesn't mean that they've listened, or have the ability to deliver. Late goals are clearly an issue, and one which I'm sure will have been addressed on more than one occasion.

Yes, ok bit then clear evidence of that should get them dropped . Or at more players not listening than NP can afford to drop. Which is a worrying sign of a lost dressing room.

Been obvious if you saw what was going on behind the scenes up there that something was brewing.

They appointed someone in the summer to look after their transfer business who proceeded to sign a number of foreign players that he didn’t seem to either want or pick.

Out of contract next May with no talks about a new one, think he’s 73 next month so maybe he will finally retire now.

Few Boro fans think Wilder is already lined up.

Why not Wilder for us or is he one of those brain dead northerners who won't come south

No doubt Pearson will be given some time- he has two weeks now to work with the players before Blackburn and to be fair our next 6 games look ok

    Blackburn h

    Stoke h

    sheff utd a

    Derby h

    hull a

    huddesfield h

If he picks up 8-9 points then will that appease everyone?

Any point be nice at mo.

If we where playing well I feel there 12 points there. But I think at present be happy with 6-7 points

I genuinely think a leave of absence to fully recover is the way forward.

Bring in a short term manager (Warnock if necessary, though I won’t go anywhere near the stadium if he was brought in) to provide some stability.

Who might take the job on? Warnock apart I don’t know.

Now that is not such a stupid ideal as it sounds ..........?

Just maybe not that **** Warnock

If you cancelled contracts on piss poor performances we would currently be playing half the U12’s squad to fill the gaps

Yes that's the plan are we allowed to play under 12's in the championship then

I’d have Palmer in there instead of Bakinson, if his heads right will put some challenges in

Cant say I really like those 2 trios anyhow, a bit scary and light

Yes And i feel Palmer A much better source of the ball Wells is looking for because he will not keep blasting them over the bar

As a minimum we need 3

Need a Left back - Pring can cover and also play wide. Would move JD on if can he can’t defend. Would give better balance to squad and allow players to cover elsewhere.

Need a striker - only have 2 at the club mistake to not get someone in the summer.

Need a midfielder - James, HNM & Williams can’t play every game and no one else good enough.

If we could I would like to see a winger in as well.

James, Williams, and Massengo can not see that fit that the big problem

Interesting that the 3 times Baker has played LB this season we’re Cardiff, Preston, Luton….a win and 2 draws, he scored and we kept a clean sheet.

Dont write of Vyner just yet.  He was the RB in those three too….got an assist and the same clean sheet.

    Funny old game chief ?

Yes agree, as normal, Dave. I feel Vyner has the ability but still young and learning.
