This looks so similar to the Italian game, it feels like all these Prem players are keen to be the star rather playing with their team mates. Scott looks for the pass if it on, but rarely gets it back. I think this game will follow the same trajectory as the last one, the England lads will outlast their opponents, especially with the wind in their favour in the second half, but they don't look like a team to me, just a group of individuals.

I am not sure that Scott is quite right since that ball hit him. His positioning seems a bit off and the game is going around him a bit. Just made a good block though.

I would be disappointed if Idehen and Owners were not used in cup matches at least, Towler is a bit different he has hit the magical 20 where in Pearson's eyes it seems he should be getting minutes. Last season Nigel's thoughts on loans seemed to extend to players going out on loan as well. Lastly, 5 subs in a game must mean that these players could get more minutes here than ever before?

Well let's be fair to the current youth structure, over the last 3 seasons they have not only been producing hungry young kids with a good attitude, but also been winning a lot of their games. Perhaps that's what attracted him, the fact that we seem to have the same view on development.
