And again a pitch invasion ends with players getting attacked! Ffs. Idiots.
Can see the headlines already

Would like Everton to go down but if they don’t then Leeds is a lovely consolation prize
Went to Goodison Park with a West Ham supporting mate not that long ago
Apart from Arkells pub before the game it's a real dump of a ground, no interest in going back there again

Burnley don't have a massive following and it's still a decent following considering it's a Thursday night
And Its on sky.
And no bugger has that much spare cash
And there's been massive problems on the trains in the Birmingham
Maybe, but considering Prem survival could hang on the game, you only have to look at the crowds in all the play off matches how poor it is.
Didn't sell top tier

Shocking following from Burnley at Villa tonight, top tier is empty

He did the score for Blade Runner too. Some of the Aphrodite`s Child stuff is worth a listen too if you can get hold of it - very dark and very strange but somehow pleasing at the same time.

I thought that we had only played Hants 3 weeks ago?
We did, spanked us the first game of the season

Do these banning orders work in practice? Realistically if he shows up at a game with absolutely nothing connecting his ticket to him, how likely is he to be identified? Seems unlikely to me.
I guess if you go wearing a cap / sunglasses etc and don't sit with usual people you could get away with it
But CCTV at Ashton Gate can zoom into someone's watch, I'd say someone would be fortunate to not be caught

As for ‘low level offence’ , I’d be interested in your view if you were the victim - Sharps lucky he didn’t receive serious injury
Surely that reflects the punishment then?
Sharp wasn't badly injured - IF he had have been the charge would have been different
Essentially the fan appeared to run at Sharp head first?

Jeez, there was more than one incident in that game

Heckingbottom shoves the ball into Johnson and most of the benches (including McBurnie limping on) get involved.
Doesn’t mean he stamped on a fan later though, does it.
No but your line about limping around implied he was struggling to walk etc and limping
Previous footage of him racing onto the pitch dispelled this

I’ve no reason to defend him - but trial by Twitter/guilty until proven innocent by the peoples court etc…
I’ve watched the video a few times and what I see is a melee and McBurnie ‘hopping’ around.
Now he could be stamping on him.
Or perhaps - this little detail that hasn’t been mentioned yet - he was off balance because of the melee and the fact that he’s hobbling around in a brace with a foot injury….
Isn't that a still from the video where McBurnie runs onto the pitch to join in a fracas between players?

Did I not see a post a few days ago that stated our game hours lost due to injury was 75 hours, season just ending, and well over 200 hours in the previous one?
1 hour ago, Davefevs said:That particular quote from Pearson was specifically re hamstrings.
Pearson made reference to the number of days lost in his radio Bristol interview on Monday evening, I stand to be corrected but I didn't think he was specific about the type of injury
But either way it shows an improvement
Just hope we're not going all Lee Johnson and over complicating things

Be hard pressed to claim self defence when stamping on someone lying on the ground
Didn't McBurnie claim self defence when he attacked that lad with the phone footage in the street?

Rangers not got going yet with any purpose, they did to hope they don't do a West Ham and lose the game before getting going

Atmosphere at these games when fans can actually get in, and it’s not 50% corporate tickets.
It was, they only had 9500 each
Rest were ballots and corporate, but they always find a way into supporters hands
Interesting that practicality every aisle in the mixed sections is filled with stewards and police - hopefully nothing silly happens during the night

Anyone wanting to watch the game that doesn't have BT sports the game is being shown free to air here

In a final…good season from them.
Losing finalists two years on the trot
Lots of credit for that, only lost due to a shocking start and horrible deflection
Bossed the game for most of the rest
Rose looked and played like a young Korey Smith before running out of steam, we had a 16 year old sub
Front two up top have a great understanding together and will cause better teams problems
Same with Edwards on the left, beat his defender for fun until before being moved inside
One thing I didn't understand, Zak Bell has a long throw in him but we only used it once, even when chasing the game

Let's not over react too much, fortunately it's only happened at a few end of season games with a small minority of people, it's not every week or every month.
