I think me and my mates have been notable by our absence on this thread (a little akin to the slags on here circa 2014).

However, with such a young & small budget squad I'm gonna put this season down as a success.

Shame how the season has flitted away, but like you say with what the club worked with it could have been a lot worse

Away to Warks then. Nice trip to Edgbaston..

Glad about this, didn't want a trip to Chelmsford on the Bank Holiday weekend, also means will be a piece of cake getting tickets

Great day in the sunshine yesterday, nice tan - sunburnt knees and a very convincing victory, just a shame Jaya played his last game for us yesterday

...and yet you find yourselves a massive one division ahead of us, well done!

The gap now is comfortably shorter than the one between Scott Murray's teeth, saying that even when we were in the Bananarama the gap was probably still smaller than that.

Yeah valid point - we are on a par with Man Utd, after all they are only one division away

I notice we are now 2nd in the table. Could we win it? Only 13 points behind Middlesex ( I know the 2 teams behind have a game in hand)

Certainly no reason not to have a real go at it now - the shame is there were 2/3 games we could have won on top of what we have.
