I love Pearson. Exactly the manager we've needed for so long in terms of personality and culture. Just methodically getting rid of people who aren't pulling in the same direction. He's that teacher at school who is strict but everyone respects for it.

I think we've given him plenty of chances and has only shown flashes of being good enough. No hard feelings but needs to go elsewhere; would probably be a good thing for him.
