Just belting the ball at each other, no calm, no creativity, it's mindnumbing to watch
What ? Not keeping our emotions in check?

Ah City. Not able to watch today. You're not going to win every game in the championship- but couldn't we at least have a few shots at home? It's the same every time in these sorts of games. So predictable.
It’s as though when there’s a danger of something special happening someone says ease off lads.

As ever, a wonderful preview @Jerseybean, but isn’t the photo of Tinnion reflecting on the horrendous 7-1 defeat away to Swansea almost 20 years ago?
I doubt we’ll be celebrating that !

What does ' they need you for longer' mean? Is it a valentines thing?
In fact what he said , which was evidently muffled by the wind , was ‘ the lads are in the showers, they need you and they’re longing for you’ .

Max is the business. No question. As others have said he isn’t at his peak yet. This is , astonishingly, his first full season as a number one keeper. Bloke’s a novice.

Certainly Manning has delivered what fans (on OTIB) have veen calling for.
He was criticised for too much keepball, and we haven't seen that recently.
He was criticised for the back 3, and we now start games with a back 4 (he'd played a back 4 early in his tenure too mind)
He was criticised for the lack of chances created and goals scored and we have scored 7 in the last 4 league games.
He was criticised for PPG and form table position and now we have two wins to add to the tally.
I guess the one thing we haven't done is started creating more chances for Conway, but I think that's the final ball issue to some extent.
So what you are saying is that Manning has no backbone and gives in to the critics?

Totally agree Major. You can add Roberts and Tanner to that list of players who have been criticised but we're outstanding last night.
Roberts has had so few minutes that it is nearly impossible to criticise him( although this is OTIB so a way could be found)
Tanner has had mixed reviews and I don’t feel like he was under as much pressure as the players I named.
Good points though Marmite.- 1

For Sam Bell, Harold Cornick and Anis Mehmeti.
Three guys who have huge question marks over their efficiency at the club and they all advanced their causes last night.
I am delighted for them and hope that they can kick on now.
Well done to the coaching staff who have stood by them and managed them so well.- 3
