I was told the walkway round the stadium is a public right of way when matches are not on and the stadium has no liability for this. When matches are on, the stadium is judged to have full liability for personal injury, trips falls etc.

Ticket holders are covered by the stadiums public liability insurance, non ticket holders are not.

It's another sorry side effect of the 'where there is blame, there is a claim' culture.

The only PROW near the stadium is from the Winterstoke Road roundabout to Raynes Road.

As usual the relatively unimportant part (people running on the pitch) has put the 2 main issues in the dark.  1 A grown adult manhandling a child with zero right to do so.. 2.  A clear assault against 1 that should be a matter for the Police.

I'd be interested in the view of anyone who works with kids.  Do you just manhandle a child if they're being difficult?

It's not quite a straightforward as that, but yes. There are occasions that I have had to restrain (or remove from the vicinity). It is not pleasant. There are particular ways to do it and you must be fully trained. It is a last resort, generally it is done to keep the child or others safe.

I did not see the incident in question so I cannot comment as to whether the decision to restrain or type of restraint was appropriate.

I’d just like to apologise to everyone. My daughter has never seen the City win in 15 years..I have, in recent years discouraged her from attending. She has just texted me to say she is going with friends. I have offered her £100 to stay in the centre and enjoy herself instead of coming to the gate….alas she has declined my offer?

Yeah, but has she ever seen a penalty?

Keeps throwing me out every time I press ‘buy tickets’ - anybody got a tip?

Are you on broadband or 4G? I have had similar trouble with other websites in the past that did not like 4G, something to do with not having a static IP(?)

Pretty sure there's an option on there where you can enter a raffle where the winner, and only the winner, will be able to buy a Woolly Hat in Winter and also the opportunity to buy a Beach Towel in the Summer.

You're close but not quite right.

The winners will have an opportunity to buy a wooly hat in summer and a beach towel in winter.

I wonder if Aberdeen will try a cheeky pre-contract agreement. Scottish clubs can do that now he's got under 6 months left

Absolutely massive disrespect intended to the Scottish League, why the hell would he want to go there?
