Meanwhile over on gaschat, they only post about horse punching 10 minutes ago.

The second post immediately implies it must have been an Oxford fan, the third post that it must have been a city fan that reported it!

There’s a shock if I’ve ever seen one.

This one acknowledges that we have always attracted more fans through the turnstiles but then goes on to say that they aren't that far behind us when it comes to the number of fans we both have in Bristol.

That pisses all over their claim that their fans are more loyal than us then doesn't it?

This particular Saghead may find it bazaar that we've always had higher attendances than them but clearly it's just a case that their club and fans aren't as special as they like to think they are.

Are you really questioning the sags support?

The most bestest, loyalist fans in world football, even Wolves fans tend to agree with their shit stained tongues.

  3. More #gaslogic...

It's always been bizarre why they have been able to attract more fans through the turnstiles then we do - even pre the Gate rebuild.

Our home avg has been extremely respectable given the state of the Mem regardless of having two promotions in the last few seasons.I wonder if they were back in league one and were playing at the old shitpit that we do would they get many,if anymore thru the Gate?

If your were to do a head count of both Bristol clubs fanbase numbers we are not that far behind them. But they have always been able to attract more of there fans to games than we had been able to.I know that they are the bigger club, but not by much. It's not like they are Man UTD and we are Bury. It's more like the diffence fanbase wise between Norwich and Ipswich or Wolves and Wba.

Another says the reason they get shit crowds is because of the state of the Mem, remind me how many times they've sold out at the shitpit?

The funniest thing about that link was a sag saying fans of a lot of clubs like them but detest us. It is simple saghead you are not a threat to anyone so they condescendingly say they like you. People hate us because we are a rival.

How the **** would they know? Most clubs about League One have never heard of them.

Wally must be posting on asschat now! Pass around the begging bowl

A message to the Fan's directors. Could it be feasible to have a means of donating to a fund so that Supporters may have a specific goal of assisting the re-development of the Mem. Those of us who live away from Bristol or who are just not able to attend games may wish to donate.

Older Supporters may well remember the times when a large bin was carried around The Greyhound track so that the crowd could throw coins into. I don't remember who benefitted from this money and I don't propose the same method should be employed today, however, Electronic deposit terminals could be installed at convenient locations around the ground to accept cash and this could be linked to a running total display for all to see. Regular or variable donations could be carried out from individual 's bank accounts at any time. The fund would have to be protected to ensure it served its purpose

Probably get nicked by one of their supporters anyway.

So they've gone from telling us that SL is going to piss off any day now and leave City in the financial shit to "unless SL leaves a big dollop of cash in his will" blah, blah blah.

Is SL not trying to implement a sustainable business model then?

    What about Jon Lansdown?

The morons would be better off questioning the commitment of the AlQs and their own finances instead of touching themselves thinking about when SL dies.

But, but, Mr Wally is the saviour for all Gash-heads, he's a billionaire, gonna build them a 100,000 all seater for when they reach the Prem and overtake them Ted's didn't you know? Evolution not Revolution blah, blah, blah.

    SL has nothing on Wally

Is there an indication that the Al Qadis are? Or is that just more Cider Special?

    Complete assumption on my part.

I do believe there is a difference between a rich man jizzing his cash away and a family of investment bankers who are doing feasibility studies and evolving rather than revolutionising.

Pantsdown is bankrolling them and building what ever he likes because he feels like it.

Do you see no difference in the 2 Bristol club owners?

    This is correct.

The difference is...unless SL leaves a big dollop of cash for BCFC1982LTD. in his will they will have no sustainable business model to take them forward in the future.

It could be 1982 all over again for the robins.

The Al Qadis are seemingly building the club so it can sustain itself and therefore will not need a sugar daddy to constantly pour money into it.

Potentially BRFC have a better long term future under the current two regimes.

How they genuinely believe this shit :rofl2br::facepalm:

  9. Just been reading that thread, taking the piss out of Lansdown now about wasting his money etc

Imagine having an owner who actually puts his money where his mouth is, perhaps they should look closer to home before taking the piss out of SL.

    Wally, the world's poorest billionaire.

Are they placing these in front of each seat (wouldn't cost a lot!) and along the front of the terracing, so they can avoid watching the humiliation unfold..?

Not a chance! The Sag's love being shafted right before their very eyes, and sit back and whinge on Slagchat and do nothing.
