Congratulations @Ska Junkie, you've officially made it on to Gaschat

One absolute belter who calls himself "Ska Junkie" is positively foaming at the mouth ( perhaps his Dad's just come in it) and wants to know if you can be sued for "deformation of charectar" !

Quite who's charectar you're supposed to have defamed only he seems to know. Perhaps it was he who assaulted the unfortunate individual.

Unfortunately it seems that 'Oldgas' Can't spell deformed or character but for a sag that's understandable...

He then goes onto mention.... wait for it........

Tax dodger 82ers blah blah blah bore off ffs. Worst and most deluded fans in world football.

Had multiple opportunities to prove his story, didn't take any. No records from anyone inside or outside City to agree with his rubbish, nor any record with the police (from Helen) and Beanhead confirmed some time ago that no such occurrence happened.

QED as far as I'm concerned yet he's allowed to continue his utter lies without any repercussion?

Agree mate he’s a to$$er who needs putting back into the little hole he’s crawled out from.

I see the deluded tosser is still sticking to his utter lie about the disabled supporter beaten up by City fans that 22,000 people didn't see, wasn't seen or reported by or to anyone at the club and no record was ever placed with the local police. He was also asked for photographic proof by his own fans and never delivered. This is just a figment of the ********'s imagination. They and us know it.

I would love someone at City to sue this piece of shit for deformation of character and libel. @Matt Parsons BCFCSLO, can you do anything about the lies that odious ***** is peddling about our club?

I can confirm that the said Gentleman fully enjoyed his first season at the Gas and has renewed his season ticket and also purchased one for his helper as he is finding it difficult to get to the mem under his own steam  :D

Purchased a Season ticket for his helper? Surely that’s bullshit right there?? Helpers usually don’t pay if I’m not mistaken?

Blokes the biggest bullshitting bellend around yet they still believe him as it suits their agendas.

  4. Been reading the comments section on the BP about their new ‘upgrade’ as soon as a City fan takes the mick, the 1st thing one of them mentions is 1982. I know it’s been said time and time again but do they actually think it gets to us? I just laugh everytime, you have no history etc yet had more success since then than they’ve ever had

2nd post on that gaschat  thread about the new tent

    :laughcont:  deluded half-wit!!

    https://www.footballwebpages.co.uk/bristol-rovers/attendances

The gas getting more than 9500 happened just 6 times last season, and 4 of those were clubs with what I assume was a pretty good away following (Plymouth, Pompey, Blackburn, Oxford) - The other two were their first and last home league games of the season.

EXACTLY NONE OF THESE were midweek/night games - but lets never let FACT get in the way of more gas bullshit about attendances.

If they actually had more of their own fans turn up instead of relying on good away support - worrying about 9500 capacity might be worth doing.

Same goes for the idiots who are happy that it increases the capacity, for what reason exactly? Isn’t as though they ever sell out that dump anyway.

  6. Those c5nts get worse each passing day I swear! Another belter reckons a city fan also spat in Benny Lennartsson’s hat?

I do wonder why these specialton’s go to such length’s to make up so much complete and utter bullshit? Like @Rich pointed out, this coming from a club whose supporters lean over adverting hoards to PUNCH opposition players, and hands down have the biggest issue with racism within their support. Funny they never mention that though.

What's wrong with Eastville Park? It was good enough for Geoff Bradford and he was miles better than any of their current, or recent, players.

Nothing at all apart from the dog shit.

Just wondering where this state of the art training facility with a Cat2 youth academy is that I keep hearing is happening.

  8. Some (most) of them really do not have a clue do they, they think they’d survive for a couple of seasons at this level but would need better facilities to push on etc the thing they seem to forget is you need a good team for a start not a shit one that they currently have and an owner who’s willing to back you with funds and that’s just to get out of L1.

They won’t be anywhere near this league anytime soon, or a new training facility or new ground for that matter, tell them something they want to hear and they’ll lap it up forever and a day, tell them something they don’t want to hear and it never happened.

    Evolution :rofl2br:

I believe that was a tongue in cheek comment from our blue friend, no need to be nasty.

I know full well it was tongue in cheek, as was my reply nothing nasty about it at all. Merely pointing out how they sang in our faces in the EE that they were getting a new stadium, we’ll we’re still waiting......

**** me it never ends does it, every single failed attempt to build a new stadium Mangotsfield, Severnside and UWE etc. have failed because they always want somebody else to pay for the ******* place and when the council say show us the money they can't because they ain't got none and nobody wants to invest and now this.

Tbf I had a gander at Durdens twitter page and it’s not recent he said it, he still said it mind so point still stands, they got **** all to build anything with.

Same here. Got plenty Man U / Liverpool etc fans in work and I ask them why they don’t support City (even the Gas) and the answer is that the Bristol teams sh1t and never win anything

My favourite response is to ask who they’re supporting in the World Cup. Of course they say England and I ask why, “because I’m English”.  When I mention England never win anything and by their Club logic they should support a team like Germany for example they just don’t get it

:laughcont:  love that response! Will try that one next time.

I really struggle to see the mentality in their reasoning, completely baffles me, then again it just pisses me off thinking about it so just leave them to jerk off over how great their team is. Funny that I didn’t see many Manchester Red fans for a good couple of weeks earlier on this season though, the ones I did see only mentioned how crap the Manc’s were.

Boiled piss all over Bristol that night :laughcont:

    Simply not football fans.

Its a bit like refusing to go and watch club racing because it isn't as fast as F1. Completely misses the essence of sport and getting involved.

Similar to a bloke who comes in to my work, been coming in a few years now says he’s a city fan etc i had a couple of freebies going, think it was for the forest home game this season offered the tickets to him ‘oh no I can’t go down there, no not going, trying to use any excuse not to go, but come Monday morning he’ll be in slating them, whether he’s right in what he’s saying or not it goes in one ear and straight out the other, have no time for ‘supporters’ like that.

    Trust me I dont.

I'd laugh my Cock off if they went bust.

Yeah yeah I know. Even City fans would hate me for saying that but this City isnt big enough or passionate enough for two

clubs and God knows how many Glory Hunters there are in Bristol

That pisses me off more than anything about football in this city, locals are usually rammed when one of the top clubs are on TV especially on the weekends, yet you ask them why they don’t support a local club all you’d get back in response is ‘oh they are shite, they’ll never get in the prem’ then if you try to explain to them that if more people got off their asses and went to support a local side it will improve their revenue etc and enable them to push on, which is usually replied with a ‘ I’m not paying £20/£30 to watch that shit’ but spend £50 on the piss watching their heroes who they’ll never see live.

You’ll struggle to ever change people like that, not a clue what real emotions are of following a football club.

Fair enough i suppose. Personally i couldnt give a shit about them. Way too beneath us.

Can never understand why Songs are still sung about them

Can see your points totally, but no matter what people say they will always be our rivals, Cardiff never have and never will, it’s only because of the previous trouble that we don’t like each other.

As for the Sags they are just a turd that won’t flush.
