I see the fewers are boasting on Twitter that they took more to Bolton than we did, well Saggies for 1 it’s a regular fixture for us not a cup final like it is for yourselves and 2 where the **** are you when it really matters ie your HOME games where the money goes to your own club?
Tossers.

Welcome to the modern day tented village ........
Gastwat1 : FFS can't we get anything right?
The only thing I could do was laugh as the guy watched me beep my card at the machine before pressing a peddle to let me through!Gastwat2 : Appeared to work perfectly for me and most of the other 8600 in the stadium!
Gastwat1 : My point is they were not electronic. A guy watched the light come on and then pushed a peddle to let me through. Not sure if this was all around the ground but was certainly on the east side.
Gastwat3 : I thought it was priceless too. There was I expecting something like at Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge, even some L1 grounds. Should have remembered it's BRFC.
Gastwat4 : I banged my knee cause of a malfunction (the bloke forgot to press the peddle)
Gastwat5 " It’s not there to save staffing revenue it’s there to stop ticket fraud and turnstile operators pocketing some of the gate money ,Jobs a success
Billy Smarts Circus for the modern age....
Whereas every other club install electronic turnstyles to bring their club into the modern era and save on staffing costs, the Sags sole purpose for this is to stop people from letting their mates in for free by passing their season tickets through a fence, you couldn’t make it up

When you have a fanbase that never questions anything, you get chancers like Wally come on radio and openly bluff and take the rise out off fans. His interview was nothing short of disgusting. A piss take.
I thought it was superb, personally.

A Saghead in a nutshell...
What did you expect from him? Our club is in the best position we've been for a long time. Rather than getting on his back and being a keyboard warrior. Give the bloke a bit of credit. How many owners do you see mixing with fans? He can't just chuck money and buy players and build a stadium. It's doesn't work like that. Rather than moaning and groining like the scum just get behind everyone at the club. Rant over

They haven't got new changing rooms too, have they?
Personally thought it was the players away digs? DC was complaining a while back about the team not staying overnight at away games, so Wally has provided.

Didn't the fans pay well over the odds for their 8% anyway, and continue to invest via their supporters club and all That sort of thing?
I would be amazed if there are any Gashead feeling positive about that interview.
Yeah and look what happens to that money

He came across in that interview as shifty and not to be trusted. Not a single straight answer.
They are on the brink of going under if you ask me.

Sounds to me that Henbury **** wants his details removing on here. Despite the fact that those same details were found by our members on their forum, mostly posted by him?

Something i'm investigating with the help of a media savvy law firm as we speak
Does this make moderating this forum harder for the moderators? Should they be looking at more posts and should they charge to use the site if that is the case. Your input would be most useful, I take it Before the 25th May anything is non GDPR, it is only anything after this date?
I know there is a "process" that has to be followed closely if you want to pursue a public forum/media site to get some action taken, which is what i'm doing at the moment.
If you send an informal polite request to have information removed, most will do it, but if not a formal legal approach in the form of a letter from a solicitor will solve the problem, but you have to give them time to respond.Correct.
He openly posted his Company’s details on their open forum, legally if said post gets mentioned on another forum I can’t see him having a leg to stand on to get it removed, seeing as it originally came from himself? Could be wrong though.
Remember he fixes Bristol Sports I.T issues so why would he have a problem with it being mentioned on here?
Answer: He’s a complete bullshitter that’s why

Perhaps more comedy on the horizon?
Pompey apparently wanting to sign another one of their ‘star’ men, Sercombe?

Funnier still, some 15ers have bought season tickets for these "stands" that don't exist !!
Nothing new for that lot, didn’t they travel up to Cheltenham to choose their seats, for when the work was starting on UWE?

Old Wally making an appearance on the radio Saturday according to the Sgas. Could be an interesting listen with him answering every question with actual answers and timeframes etc... If he comes out with the line "these things take time", it will be comedy gold. If nothing is actually stated by him, I can see there being some pretty nasty abuse being directed at the board on Saturday - although they may still break the bank on some strikers this week yet.....
He’ll come out with the usual shite about being patient, we are working on loads of things blah, blah, blah, and as usual the fewers will lap it up and he’ll be the messiah again for a few months until they realise nothing is still happening.

Rumours going around that their new pop up stand isn’t going to arrive on time

Doidge scoring for fun today - surely the Harrison and Bodin funds should go towards a marquee signing or are we in for a winter of discontent?
Not only will it be a tad chilly in one of there numerous ‘marquees’ they’ll be shagged if the wind picks up ?

Some great comments by gas heads on the post website about they can't afford a fgr striker
I wouldn't blame him if he walked, the owner is a clown and a disgrace. For what DC has done for this club he deserves to be backed.

If other League One clubs can be fairly competitive - I'm not talking about relegated Championship clubs who if they can hang on to the nucleus of their squad often bounce straight back - often on smaller gates than Rovers, why can't The Gas?
To an outsider it looks very much that the owner and board are not backing the manager with anything like the financial resources he needs.
Traditionally Rovers have been run by small shopkeepers and the like on their board whilst City have often had bigger businessmen such as Dolman, Hobbs and Lansdown heavily involved with them. They have more resources.
The euphoria when it was thought that Rovers were tapping in to lots of Middle East money has quickly evaporated once it became obvious that the Rovers backers are not in the same league as many from that area of the world who invest in English clubs. They are the Middle East version of the small shopkeeper.
Plenty of us on here said at the time Wally or his family for that matter wasn’t worth what they or the media were making out to be, did they listen?
Nope, we were just bitter jealous Teds

To be fair, LJ did say we would be in the Euro league so we're not totally innocent of a bit of flannel ourselves.
Tbf we were only really 2 wins away from the Europa League last season, Clarke stated that within the same time frame that the Sags would be in a new stadium and new training complex, now you tell me who’s ‘dream’ was more realistic

They must surely have ‘A Ted’ within their ranks, doing these stunts for a massive pisstake. No professional football club can be this tinpot can they???

I think there is a real possibility the blue few will be relegated this season. Lack of investment, ambition and no real plan add in the selling off of their better players.
Dont forget these things take time and Wally is a lovely man!
Now that’s just being silly, we are swapping places with them next season, I know this because they say it every season.

If I were UWE I’d tell them to piss right off if they come begging to use their facilities especially after publically blaming them for the stadium collapse.
