Isn`t all public transport suspended for the visit of the g*s though for fear of being overwhelmed by the unprecedented number of away fans?
I thought it was normally extra security employed at local car parks to prevent the hordes locked out congregating?

Evil Post are reporting that BCFC are owned by the 6th richest owner in the EFL at £2.8 billion. Probably no longer true though as HL shares are down by around 25%.
The Sags are on the list too with the Wally family supposedly worth £400 million. Not much use though if they never spend any of it
No quotes about 6th biggest club in the country......we know how that turned out!!

"Non negotiables were good ..." - WTF does that mean?
They gave 100% and did what he asked them to do tactically basically.

Dopey says they have a “huge” fan base. With season ticket sales over 5K and crowds approaching 8K you can see where he’s coming from.............

Dopey seems torn to me. He now KNOWS he is managing Rag-ass Rovers which is a badge of honour for many up there and he is clearly getting fed up with it but at the same time he has totally bought into the ridiculous “famous quarters” and “better fans than Leeds, Liverpool and Celtic” BS and he just doesn’t know what to do.
Head is saying “get the hell out of this tip whilst my career prospects are still relatively intact” but the heart is telling him “it will all get better one day and we’ll piss all over they gert Teds”!!

Wonder if tents are being thrown at Dopey?

I'm guessing you failed 'O' Level maths
No, you failed O Level English.

So we had Portsmouth singing “your tent’s too big for you”, now it’s “your tent’s not safe for you”.

Doing a bit of simple maths our crowds are around 150% of theirs yet when you count the number of “True Fans” we are only talking a 20% difference......#gaslogic.

"I realise our ground is a shithole before anyone gets on the defence, but have they spent any money bringing up that stand behind the goal which (last time I had any interest) looks sh**?"I realise this is an incredible reach but even still I'm really going to try reaching*
Shithole? Tad optimistic from the Tent Ender..........bit like saying Aleppo is slightly “run down”.

Up the Shrews!!

If they sack him they will still pay him every month until he finds a new job. It is at that point that an agreement is usually made to rip up his contract.
Why would a club, even one with cash flow issues, pay the remainder of his contract up instantly? It doesn't make any sense to.
It’s mandatory in the Prem to pay up immediately. Not in the EFL.

I remember a LMA spokesperson on 5Live said the average settlement was around 3-5 months pay regardless. Was quite shocked at that but seems it’s the norm.
So if Rovers sack Dopey the Row M tent extension will have to be shelved then?

Naff all. But they haven't got a pot to p*ss in.
Even if he was on just 1k a week, that's over £200k left over his contract. I know it's not quite how it works but when they have no money it's not exactly an option they have.
He’ll be on more than £1k per week, even the Tenters would have to pay a Manager between £3-5k per week......which only makes his job even safer!!!!! They won’t be paying £750k compensation packages any time soon.

Can you imagine three of them driving up the M5', M4, M32 only to find there isn't an M7, M8 and M9
That lot? Yeah, I could!!

That’s a bit unfair on the Tenters because the bottom left picture doesn’t have Row M added on yet........

Matt Smith......

Someone needs to tell the Tenters that to obtain a £10m playing budget as per Blackburn under FFP rules the deluded idiots need to turn up at HOME games, not put every last ounce of effort into beating our away attendances every now and again.
-
Less than 8,000 Campers out there today? There was me thinking they piss all over our attendances?
-
Get in. Brilliant result down there with the second clean sheet of the week, top work by the boys..........and the Management dare I say it.

9073 incl 1137 away fans. Equals 7936 fewers. Bloody electronic turnstiles.
Perhaps the Ashton Court Festival, Boob Cricket World Cup and Tour de Bristol are still on atm as well?

He picked a side he thought would win them the game and they did
of course it’s worrying, we’ve got 5 new players that need to bed in and we are missing fielding, baker, smith, Diedhiou amongst others , all this on top of losing 3 quality players it’s bound to be a struggle for a while
Missing Fielding? That’s a matter of opinion I suppose. I like the new keeper and as others have said without Flint his willingness to come for a cross will help us right out.

The main positive from tonight is the three points must surely give us a bit more confidence going into Saturday. Because we can’t afford to turn in that first half performance at Swansea.

Both poor in the first half we just took one of the chances we had, second half we were the better team, positive to move onto the weekend with. Anything from Swansea will be a positive.
Just about sums it up!!

Whilst not wishing any player injury (the poor lad has got enough on his plate standing behind the Faithful and True’s back four every week) let’s hope Brentford’s number 3 would benefit by taking a few weeks getting over his back spasm.........and then gets loaned out elsewhere in January!!
