  1. How do you get a full match screen on Sky Q - mine is split in two with the game and the other side text commentary of the main game with updated league tables!
  2. So too is Huddersfield and Luton
  3. Cardiff, Huddersfield, and Luton are on Sky red button
  4. If that is correct then a huge compliment to our team and the challenges we could provide them with
  5. Agree with the sentimental comment re weinmann - have a feeling he may push Pring further forward and dasiiva at LB
  6. You think Bell with start Left of the three ?
  7. @Bcfcshags you’ve been spot on with team selection and been a lucky omen with results when sharing ?
  8. Pring is good odds for first goal scorer 80/1 , whilst King is 50/1 ?
  9. From BBC website: FA Cup & Premier League predictions: Chris Sutton faces Paul Olima and Adele Nicoll from Go Hard or Go Home Bristol City v Man City (20:00) Championship (13th) v Premier League (2nd) Who did they beat? 4R: West Brom (C) H 4R: Arsenal (PL) H 3R: Swansea (C) Ar 3R: Chelsea (PL) H You should know by now that I am a stickler for the correct terminology when two teams called United play, and the same rules apply here. This is a tale of two 'Citys' and I don't think it will be quite as one-sided as some people might expect. Bristol City are unbeaten in 12 games under Nigel Pearson and I like the job he is doing there. They have got some talented young players, including Sam Bell - a 20-year-old winger that a lot of Premier League sides have apparently been watching - and they will fancy their chances of causing an upset. But Manchester City will be ready and boss Pep Guardiola always picks a strong team in the FA Cup because he wants to hoover up every trophy he can. His side got a good win at Bournemouth on Saturday and should have too much for the Robins too, but I am expecting spells where Pearson's side make things difficult for the Premier League champions. Sutton's prediction: 1-3 Adele's prediction: 0-3 Paul's prediction: Manchester City are just at a different level. 1-5
  10. Who was the person who told someone to ‘shut up’ during the podcast ?
  11. As someone whose backed Pearson despite the results / performance this is a main reason why. Pearson has had numerous opportunities due to health reasons to walk from this club and in reality nobody would have questioned it. I genuinely believe he’s seen something at our club and personally I think it’s the young players coming through , he can see the potential if these players are as good as the club believe they can be. Maybe he sees similarities with us and Leicester and believes he could achieve promotion with us also. He’s clearly brought into the ethos of the club and has for a long time. Yes he’s been grumpy and prickly at times and no doubt will he again in the future. He along with the players deserve this opportunity to go up against one of the best club sides in world football
  12. What ever the result tomorrow , O’Leary ,Vyner , Pring , Scott and possibly Bell will be in our starting eleven - a great achievement by the club to have so many home grown players in the starting 11 , plus others such as Taylor-Clarke on the bench , what an experience for them
  13. No denying that the fixtures in April are tough, I agree it’s extremely unlikely we’d achieve top six but if we go into those fixtures in form then who knows? Beat Cardiff Saturday then look at the next is all we do and see where it may take us
  14. I really think it’s a possibility - the next three league games are critical for me , IF we can get three wins then on 53 points and game on. Think we have the momentum behind us and the freshness of the two new outfield players. It’s a tall order but certainly not unachievable
  15. Thank you , hadn’t seen confirmed. Well Kalas is certainly in the shop window (for himself) either a new contract here or elsewhere , puts in a series of good performance between now and end of season and proves his fitness.
  16. You seem to have a good knowledge within the club , any news on Atkinson (unless I’ve missed something)
  17. Won’t lose tomorrow , draw And invited to a ‘gas’ event as a result of that goal !
  18. I agree with you pace is our best option, and second guessing Nige isn’t always easy - who would have thought Bell would have started on Saturday! Tomorrows team selection may give an indication, although would certainly expect the two new lads to start
  19. Think he’ll play Wells both games? Ultimately we can’t take our eye off tomorrow a bad run of results over next couple of fixtures , Hull, Cardiff , Huddersfield and Blackpool and we’re looking over our shoulders. Would be amazed if Pearson allowed any complacency to kick in but the players are bound to be looking towards Tuesday Tuesday I think he’ll go Weinmann, Wells and Sykes
  20. Can’t see him starting Bell personally , think he will go Weinmann, Sykes and Wells as top three. We’re going to have to sit deep at times and Sykes and Tanner have a good understanding on the right, and he’ll go for Weinmann’s experience over Bell on the left. Think we’ll spend a lot of the game as a 4-5-1 but would like to see us start fast and aggressive, like others have said a lot of travelling for Man City this week.
  21. Expect to see a front three of Cornick, Bell & Mehmeti with Wells, Weinmann & Sykes starting Wednesday
