A brilliant end to a tough and emotional week. A result like this will give the whole club a lift and could show the new manager we have great potential .

The ironic thing about the Mem is that despite it's utter crapness most of it isn't actually that old. The side stands were built by the rugby club in the 80s and 90s and the archaic looking clubhouse end was built by the sags after they moved in.
I'm sure the club house end was already there? However their fans had to raise the money for a roof for it.

Feeling gutted. The win was there for the taking. The penalty not given was a game changer.

Insert appropriate swear word here.

That's a fantasy of theirs. Sorry but no room for you within Bristol Sport. Maybe they should have backed our world cup bid. Failure to do that will forever rule them out.

We need to ditch the 352. Other teams have figured it out. Listening to BBC West Midlands after the game their manager said they exploited our back 3 by pushing their wingers forward and it worked for them.

Driving home stuck in traffic wondering how we lost that one. Not a pen. Should have had two ourselves in first half. Ref was totally against us. The last game should have beeb chalked off as Donaldson was impeding Franks view. The ref qas even watching the scuffle.

I'm quite happy that this man that runs the show is a die hard City fan and when he's long gone we then have his son to take over whos an even bigger fan. So actually it's two people running this show but lets not let the facts get in the way.
Hows the Nick Higgs one man show getting on? Lost in court. Owe millions and no clear plan on how to move forward. Ok.

Just need someone who can convert all those chances.

Ian would say those stats are wrong.Stats from tonight really prove my point about our defending. Fantastic offensive formation but three chances conceded and two of those resulted in goals. Both of which stemmed from getting caught out making poor decisions.
Absolutely buzzing though. Really feels like a win and a big confidence boost going into a really rough away game.

All we need is a couple of experienced Chanpionship players to add to our group of talented younger players.

Sounds like one of thise Windows 10 adverts.I hate listening to away radio coverage. It's not good for the life of my laptop.

Never liked this referee Keith Stroud. Always seems to be controversy when he comes to AG.

Atmosphere sounding great. Anyone in the Dolman able to share a pic of the South Stand full of fans?
-
All we need is one or two experienced Championship players. Cotts sounded really upset after.

To be professional at all times both during work hours and outside of work hours in order to maintain the excellent reputation of Bristol Rovers F.C.
Guess that wasn't in their managers job description?

Am I correct in thinking this 350k is an interim payment and not the full amount?
-
Very strange they are disclosing all this information. They're clearly going all-in.
-
Guess thats what you ment by them having options? That's all well and good but what about the other 3 stands?Car park sold for housing to fund a new stand and you'd be on the money I reckon...

A good cup run for us or us getting into the play offs or the rugby getting promoted and playing the likes of Bath will see will see 27k sell outs imo.
The Return of the Five Pillars .. Yayyyy...

Akinbiyi we got a good season out of and then sold on for 3.something million, Thorpe eventually scored us plenty of goals before leaving on a free. These are exactly the sort of players we should be aiming to sign.
