So whats happened with Gardner-Hickman? Seems to lost his place, hasn't featured much since early March.
Got injured, and Knight Williams and James have rightly been the two CMs. That’s what competition does.

Back 4 vibes? Or Sykes LWB?

Hoping today will be a good competitive game. Both managers will want to finish strongly / with momentum. So fingers crossed.

Talking of Havanatopia who we all miss so much I was wondering about Septic Peg who used to post all the time, does anyone know what happened to them?
Young family I think taking up her time.
@Dollymarie will know.

Is his link to Nige the reason he's not being offered anything?
Nah, don’t think so. He’s 35, and if we genuinely want to push on, we’ve made the right decision. If however we were to offer him a coaching deal, that might be cool.

Bird is better
I agree, but he is still a lovely passer.

It's just basic common sense mate rather than being negitive.
It certainly seems more likely he will go than stay based on the stuff we’ve heard from the club.

Mind you, I listened to Tinnion on a podcast the other week & he actually said with a straight face that it was good to get Mickey Bell (his best mate), Matt Hewlett & Dean Gerken FFS on the coaching staff because they “understand the club”.
Leaving aside the fact Gerken is from Essex & was basically only ever our reserve goalie, it really does say a lot.
Premiership winner & City fan? Nope?
Mate of Tinnion? More than welcome..
That wasn’t lost on me either Graham!

Top pro, mentor and City fan. Shame we never had him a season or two earlier. Good luck for whatever happens next.

It comes up every time I purchase from BCFC.
The first time I saw it I thought it was part of the club’s rewards scheme, but realised it wasn’t. I think it’s that it comes up.

I reckon Viktor could drink 600 pints and still perform better between the sticks than Dillon Phillips did against us!

I got an email today asking about why I haven’t renewed. They proposed they would call me. I told them yeah ok! We will see!!
Might be cheaper to let you have a free ST than the cost of the call!

So is he Championship Manager or Football Manager? Answers on a postcard to Jon Lansdown!

Ironically our last two penalties have been deemed incorrect by Sky Sports Ref Review of Weekend big Calls.
Of all the decisions in the EFL in a given weekend we come out in 2 of 3 weeks as undeserving beneficiaries. Conway was deemed to have dived in the latter ie v Rotherham.
I couldn’t disagree more. He did not dive / blatantly dive, he was caught by the keeper at pace, and then tripped / stumbled.
That doesn’t mean it’s a penalty, contact can occur and it not be a foul.
But that also mean that every non-penalty must be a dive.
++++
Remember Theo Walcott on Football Focus in his early days at Saints getting booked for diving. So they did some tests of him sprinting (remember how quick he was) and someone giving him a little nudge. He couldn’t stay on his feet. So the slightest touch at pace can look worse.

Probably a little unlucky to miss out this time. Good form is good form regardless.
Had this been a mid season run i think he would have got a nomination. Can see why they've gone as they have.
I’d rather get penalties than MOTM awards! I

To be fair to @Topper 123 he did call 12,000 sold at the end of the renewal period and was widely mocked for it before the figures were officially announced.
Not saying this is correct but happy to wait and see. Will be great news if so.
To be fair to your to be fair, he said 12k at an earlier point than when Gavin Marshall said 8k. I guess he could have more real-time data than Gavin, or maybe Gavin told a few porkies to FBC and it was near 12k but he was trying to play it down in an attempt to get more late renewals.
Tbh, it doesn’t really matter, the 12k announced was very good. I suspect @IAmNick might be able to furnish us with another “data scrape”?
