AJ fights everyone. And he's rebuidling his confidence.
He can be given a pass for this fight - he's not had any easy fights really.
Plus Ngannou has now gone 10 rounds with arguably the best boxer on the planet.
Fury on the other hand has been taking easy fights.
Fought Chisora after giving him two beatings previously, same with Wilder.
Its not the same

if i fail at my job i loose 100% of my wages , if a team in PL gets relegated they have failed so should not be paid extra at all
They are paid to play - they arent paid, to get a certain result - thats where bonuses come in

Which Max doesn't? Being a 'good shot stopper' is surely a minimum requirement to be considered a professional keeper, and many of Bentley's last ditch 'brilliant' stops/saves were down to his own indecision and failure to take charge of the situation. The amount of time we spent defending on the six yard line was unbelievable. I think our defence now has much more confidence in Max than they did Bentley.
I see alot of indecision with max. And i dont see many match winning saves from max. I dont include those saves where he does not move. Thats luck.
Theres a reason he was behind Bentley.
Not writing him off totally - but he is very average for this level.

For me, Max is a better keeper than Bentley, and has been for a long time.
Absolutely no chance. Bentley would regularly make match winning saves.

On the basis we have a defence worthy of a top six side and we are not leaking goals, I fail to see how replacing Max is up for discussion at this point in time.
The route to becoming a top six side is by scoring more goals. It's the play in the final third that needs to be better, IMO.
I didnt say his was the only position we need to improve on.

Lot comments I often read and hear is that Max is not a championship standard keeper.
Do not know how the level is being set but I would rather have Max between the sticks than that clown Man Ure signed for 43 Million Andre Onana.
Total showman and calamity slmost every game. what would Max be replaced by that would be an upgrade.
Max is pretty solid, every keeper will make odd mistakeI think he is. Just a bottom half championship keeper.
If we want to be a top 6 side, we need better IMO.

I didnt see an outstaning perfromance. Two shots right at him. He didnt move.
The goal, he was very poor (aswell as our back line)
For me, he's one of our weaker players.
We need at least some real competition for him

It was a disgrace, that when the premier league was created, and they stopped feeding finances down the leagues.
Its created lots of problems and the only real solution, is to start sharing more £££ with the football league.
Its not like that are short of a few bob

A big miss.

Not for me, nor any of the many people I've spoken to. Don't see what he offers. Never looks like scoring, runs around aimlessly, rarely wins a header and that long throw ain't that long. Does anyone see a strength he offers us?
And he's even got his own song!
Hopefully Wells will be ready to start or come on against Hull, was it too early for him today?
He works his bollocks off - harrasses defenders - wins the ball back and is physically imposing. Has pace and does score a goal or two.
Not the most technically gifted - but causes problems for opposition defenders.
If you cant see that, then maybe a trip to specsavers is in order.
I'd much rather him than Chris Martin, who he replaced.

Once you book your space does it tell you which space you have to park in? Do you get anything to put in the window to show you have paid for all day? Can you book a space if you are catching a coach and leaving car there for at least 12hrs for an away match?
You don’t get a specific space
You pick how long you want to park for. However the longer it is, the more expensive it gets
-
You didn’t have to tell everyone
Been parking there a while.
Does not always allow you to book for some reason. But ideal when i can park there

It’s refreshing to see such a ‘love-in’ for our former manager. Such accolades are rare indeed.
I guess we’ll never know the real reason he was sacked. The club announcement wasn’t based on hard Championship evidence. City were handily placed at the time. The same kind of decision applied to Danny Wilson, sacked during off season whilst on holiday……not even DW himself knew the reason………..
well that reason is obvious. He had a ridiculous squad and spent a lot - for league one and couldnt get us out.

There arent many - this is why it bugs me when people want names like Frank Lampard - who has nothing but failure on his managerial CV
When judging a manager, you have to totally ignore their playing career.

Might be in the minority here, and probably wouldn't agree if City were in the Prem/subject to VAR, but I love the extra drama and controversy it brings. It's the entertainment business after all.
As someone above alluded to, the managers only tend to chirps, as per, when the decisions go against them. A tale as old as time, whether the decisions are being made by man or machine...
Really?
It utterly kills the best bit of the match... a goal... Cant celebrate now... i hope its gone, if and when we go up.

That song did my head in. Not a football chant at all

Liam Robinson. Phil Jevons and JET
JET would create many goals for sam baldock - who was over-rated and missed loads. and wouldnt get any stick- but JET would

Counted this on the last away game.
I've been to 46 of 92 league grounds. Plus a few clubs that have been relegated from the league.

The most staggering thing is he say he asked Nige if he wanted one more player after Scott. Nige said no.
Thats an outright lie.
Is it? I'm not saying your wrong, but did Nige say he wanted more players?
I suspect Tins is gaslighting and Nige DID say he didnt want another player - but because he knew he wouldnt get the players he wanted - because lack of finances.
