A few seasons back Kamera of Fulham was sent off for an assault on Bailey Wright. He was given a 3 match ban for violent conduct. Fulham appealed and Kamera red card was overturned! To make things worse Bailey Wright was then given a 3 match ban for simulation!

What o find interesting is that last season we got changed and fined following an assault on Bentley at Stoke. I agree that Skye’s tackle may have been hard but Gerry Gow , Norman Hunter tackled like that every week. Freeman pushed Skye’s to the ground even his own manager said he was out of order. The players getting involved to try and prevent further reaction! Once again poor officials have lost control with no idea what happened! So FA charge the club for failing to control their players ! Will the referee get fined or mentioned in dispatches no way

I totally agree the EFL need to be more transparent about So called referee assessment process ! We are all aware that the FA are very happy to identify any fine or pitch side ban handed out to managers who question the officials performance. The EFL referees association need to identify if and when any punishment is handed out to officials after all it is public knowledge when a manager is called out by FA. A statement along the lines of concerns have been raised regarding the performance of officials at this fixture and full investigation will be undertaken with all parties involved.

Agree there was contact but not enough to knock him of balance so why did the Hull player take a couple of steps before deciding to go to ground! He got up straight away no trainer came on. The ref has been conned once again but this only seems to happen in the city box ! Atkinson wiped out needed treatment yet no foul ? Very odd

Once again let down by poor officials it’s something that needs to be addressed. Nigel will probably get fined for comments made but it is the officials that should be fined for their poor performance

Just another way for the Premiership to try and take control of lower league talent. They could help by spending some of their money on developing their own talent. Parachute payments need to be scrapped

I also don’t wish injury on any player. I think ? CODs time at City was frustrating for all involved as he never really broke the injury cycle. Hopefully that cycle is broken at Cardiff of all places!

Simple Cardiff are desperate to sign ex city players. He follows a long line of them in resent years ! We can only hope that is as bad and injury prone across the Severn as he was whilst wearing a Bristol city shirt.

Klose needs to be offered a new contract excellent for us has bought a calm head to the defence a class act. After all his injury problems he needs to feel wanted again. He has shown that he is willing to work hard and show the youngsters the way would be a real asset next season.

Red card specialist!! So why did Stokes Brown stay on the pitch ? Yellow card for wrestling Bentley some would say should have been red. Then he kicks the ball away on frustration no yellow card should have been his second. Martin kicks the ball away before the whistle is blown and gets booked !l Officials this season have been shocking

There is no point in getting rid of Pearson at the moment. I agree our season has not Been pretty but we have to take into account the mess he inherited. The squad was unbalanced many of them overpaid, with attitude problems. The medical team seemed unable to get injured players fit. I also agree that the standard of officials this season has been very poor and City have not had the rub of the green. On many occasions this season it has seemed that all a city defender has to do is sneeze ? in the proximity of the opponents player in the box and a penalty is given! Yet GBH on Scot against QPR goes unpunished!

I believe Pearson is doing a good job with limited resources. Times are tough in football at the moment and cash flow in most clubs in the championship is tight unless you have parachute payments. The development of our young players under Pearson has been good to watch. Given time I am sure Pearson will develop a squad worthy of challenging for a top six place.

The corner count is interesting ?. what I found more interesting was the fouls for and against according to BBC with gave away 19 fouls to Middlesbroughs 6 so in short they had 19 free kicks to our 6 ! We are by no means a dirty team or so I thought ?! However does this have something to do we poor/ inconsistent match officials.

Just watched the highlights back. How dramatic Was Tom Ince at contact with Klose on the referee has not seen that as a dive is a joke, I agree that there was some that Klose blocked him but come get the Oscar out. If Samenyo had done that he would waved play on and shown him a yellow card. Things can only get better we have Kieth Stroud at the Swansea ?

If that happens in city’s box ? penalty. Samenyo doesn’t take a drive there is contact so a pen. GBH on Scott against QPR a stonewall pen yet once again not given. The general standard of officials in the EFL is not that good so what do we expect
