to counteract this, in work whenever I need help & I tell someone I'm in the "bristol rovers" they know EXACTLY what I mean

In a similar way we had a woman from head office at our workplace recently to do some training - she had the most ill fitting bra you could ever wish to see!

She's commonly now known as "Bristol Rovers" due to the absolutely abysmal support...

My kids are members of the gap generation. I, on the other hand, was at Bath when they beat us three nil, but also on the Muller Road end when we were one-nil down before going two-one up to knock them out of the cup. So big numbers but strong memories. Long live the gap.

Was also at both CJ, Bath was instantly forgettable. However I'll never forget -

"One nil down, two one up,

We knocked Rovers out the cup,

La la la la la la la la la la la".

What a ******* glorious day that was!!!

Probably because playing in the championship is now beyond him, the likes of Port Vale and Cheltenham is far more up his street

Agreed, and he'll probably do well.

Yet another example of the Sags planning for the future...

Attendance: 9,044 (433 Bristol Rovers fans)

Went to Posh when we played there a couple of years ago (Chris Martin scored the late winner), and I would conservatively say we had 3 times that level of support.

    Yet they are massive...😳

  5. I think the reason for changing the front 3 was mainly down to 3 games in a week being too much with the style we're playing currently, and probably pre-planned. The fourth sub was probably cos Tanner was struggling, so happening at the same time looked more knee jerk than it was.

I therefore understand the reasons, but don't fully agree with the Sykes / Yeboah swap, in that despite being a really exciting prospect I don't consider him ready yet.

Therefore, overall no reasons to slate Big Nige in my opinion. As others have said on most other days we take 3 points or at least 1 there. Just one of those days...

Things like this almost make me sorry for them. Genuinely. Imagine this -this - is the high point of your existence. Playing in a laughing stock stadium with a hated management team and players you keep as nobody else wants and this is as good as it gets???

    **** me ragged.

    Highest number of horses punched.

Highest number of family members "interfered" with.

    Highest ever boob cricket score.

    Best ever sprinkler system.

    The list is endless...😳
