Wally on RB with the new bloke.
They don't sound convincing at all.
More "these things take time" from both of the ****ts
It was the chuckle brothers.
"What skills can he bring to Rovers?"
"He's good at real estate".
No mention of extensive camping experience, pitching tents or that sort of thing.
Still wouldn't give a time frame and the new bloke said the developers are building the stadium for us in exchange for the Mem. So you'll be renting whilst Wally and his mate walk off with any profit. Great plan.

Usually pretty reliable for Prem games. 'One to avoid'.

You'll be well looked after. Get down there, your support is appreciated.

Was he that good? Just saying…….no goals…:rare assist, lovely pirouette, great deal!
He was Shaun. Well ahead of his contemporaries and too good for us. I agree, it's a great deal though.

Remember the “Pirates Pot” that launched a couple of weeks ago and offered the opportunity for the loyal and true to put money into the club - at just £2 a week - and have chance to win rewards based on the size of said pot.
Well, it’s going well
Massive.
They'll have permission for that new metal tent before they hit the magic 500.

It's all true but it's also OK to be sad. He's a special player, the like of which many of us won't see come through the ranks again.
As long as we keep producing and investing in young talent it's all good.

Well he's forever destined to make City best 11 lists for me.
A genuine once in a generation talent for us. If we see his like again soon we'll be very fortunate indeed.
Will definitely be keeping a close eye on his career.
All the best Scotty, hope you absolutely smash it.

I'm gutted for him, us and myself. Nobody needed that.
Come back strong TC.

I see Wally has provided them with a link and is encouraging them to add support - for the planning application. Reading their forum most of them seem to think its just a matter of getting more Support than Object comments.
Anyway, since the link has been provided they are smashing it with support comments. Deluded or what. Anyone can post by t the way...

Literally hundreds have been added in the last week. I randomly opened a few and they are all basically the same "this would be great for Rovers blah blah blah" "been a stadium there for 100 years, what do local residents expect".
This was good un though...
"We desperately need this stand built in order to satisfy the growing fan base. With the
growing numbers this will not only help the football club to prosper but also the other small
business's that surround the stadium. It is a win win for all."Growing fan base??
Win win for all....hmmmm not sure it is really.
The word "tents" appears a lot as well!

Even worse was the reply from the president....
The classic fist n wrist supported by a 2 fingered salute in response, well done lads!

Read the game very well and retained possession with sensible distribution. He seems more confident in himself. Perhaps players player of the season helped with that.
He looked every part a Champ CB.
Sign him up!

They definitely clapped. Prawn sarnies and Champagne went everywhere!

Vyner a very easy pick for MOM.
Posted in the match day thread that he looked very comfortable.
Back 4 defensively good. Full backs not very effective going forward but probably credit to Preston for part of the reason they weren't.
Midfield was a real weak point. Not Williams best game but did try progress play and play forward when he could.

Thought Vyner played well today. Looked very comfortable. He's come on loads the last couple of seasons.

Bet they are looking forward to playing Barnsely. 7-0 winners today over Vale, only had 8 shots on target!
-
Fair result but frustrating.

In general play, probably. A smidge closer 2nd half but xG is about right. If anyone was going to get a wiiner it was always likely to be Southampton.
Still not convinced on Martin's syle of play for the Champ but with a talented side as he now has, if they get into a groove they'll probably end up where most would expect this season.

Christ, they have gone above and beyond in providing entertainment for us this summer. It's almost relentless and we still have a whole season to come.

As per title. Decent move.

True but they have erected more tents than any club in the history of the game.
Let's be honest, they've erected more of them than a Bedouin tent salesman.
