Played the full 90 on the left of a front/midfield 3. Worked hard in a game where Ireland were 2nd best for long spells. Didn't appear to pick up any knocks.

I use NoScript, bit more advanced as you can block various components but let the actual stream through. Run it along side UBlock and the internet is a much better place!

Cult hero for sure. No other player quite like him. Built like a bookcase from the waist up, feet like a ballerina.

It's all about perspective and I think the longer you've followed the more likely you are to have a broader outlook on things.

I started in 85 so have seen us up and down between the 2nd and 3rd divisions a few times and trips to Wembley old and new, plus Cardiff in-between.

Would love to see us play top flight football one day but agree this period should not be taken for granted. We've spent far too many years in the league below for my liking.

The Mrs was impressed they got his name to fit on the back of his shirt.

Understandably looked like a guy late to the party and lacking some fitness and sharpness but lots of signs there is more to come from him. Think he'll show his worth as the season goes on.

Just bumping this as i only just remembered to take the earlybird offer of £140.

Today (1st Sept) is the last day it's on offer.

I also had to cancel my existing season pass which was due to expire soon and auto renew.

That season we went up as runners up to them when they had Sharpe and Keogh in the side seems a long time ago.

Looking at the final table that year, Brentford were bottom, Brighton and Bournemouth finished 18th and 19th.

Quite the contrast.
