I read somewhere recently that this can work the same with long haul airlines. If you want to fly to destination A, check if there is a stopover there and buy a ticket for the next destination B. It can be cheaper to buy a ticket for destination B but leave the airport at A. (Hope that makes sense).

From memory there are no barriers at Paddington. In any case you are allowed to leave the station between connections.

Mine specifically says change at Paddington. I paid £19 each way from S.Wales (senior Railcard), almost half price as it was £37 each way to Paddington for the same journey.

The payment stalled on mine too. Tried using a different card, stalled again. Tried buying using my phone instead of laptop and got a message saying you already bought a ticket. Checked my emails and all was good, just never had a proper payment confirmation on screen during the purchase process. Just booked train ticket via Ealing Broadway half the price of putting Paddington as final destination.

Upper tier now gone. Lower tier not showing yet.

I remember him as being an exciting young winger / wide player. I do remember his injuries that hampered his time here and was disappointed when he went to Liverpool. Unfortunately for him his career never kicked on after leaving us.

Top tier on sale first, then lower tier.

Or...he was ahead of the curve trying to sign the four players you mention, who all went on to have good careers in a League above ours.
