  1. I personally think the issue that is being missed is the design of the programme...

Firstly want to say that I think it's great that people have come together to make this for the fans... commend everyone involved.. and I'm still annoyed that the club have taken the programme away from us. Understand that money always wins but also feel that piece by piece the match day experience (nation wide not just city) is being slowly stripped away. Having a programme to read at half time and to keep in a box at home to look at in the future was great and I always make sure to get one on away days.

but on the design of the programme... and like someone previously mentioned, this is not to be rude about something that I rate whole heartedly... but I do feel it all just looks very amateur.

It may seem like a nothing comment but ultimately (even subconsciously) people wont pay for something that doesn't look like it's of the quality it was advertised or for the price of £4. Sort of feel that saying that it was 'championship level' was a misguided move as it has opened the door for these comments. Pictures inside are blurry as have been stretched to fit, text doesn't have any margins and flows over more of the page that it should. All in all the design in not of the level it was advertised, it looks fan made (which of course it is and this is not what i'm saying) but if you say its professional level quality... it needs to be... just don't pretend its something it's not. (Respectfully!!) From a graphic design point of view I just think it needs a rethink.

The defence are doing well, some great challenges and a lot of commitment but Preston are dominating this game for the most part, we really cannot keep hold of the ball and no matter how well the defence plays if we can't take the pressure off and get a hold of the ball we're going to concede.
We really need a goal against the run of play before Preston get one as I can see them running away with the game if they get the opener.

Don’t know what game you are watching mate … Preston dominating .. you’re having a laugh… two poor teams and we should be 1 up

Fair to say the the initial response to the Bears kit isn't one of approval.

Is that 0-3 on O’Neills kits .. 0-4 if you count the keeper kits that look like cheap Hummel rip offs in my opinion.

Anyway… the football is back tomorrow so think I might retire from talking about this stuff until the away comes out hahaha ?

  4. Just a thought .. Thinking about it.. have they pulled the kit as it had the splat on it.. surely releasing in September was never the plan… they must have seen how much people hated it after the third kit came out… seems a bit of a mad situation to not have an away kit this long after the deal was made with oneills

Agree, although I don’t blame them for splat the robin

Yeah agree .. was on the back of the robin shirt from Hummel small on the back so existed before.. believe the fan base thought it was “a nice touch” at the time when it was small and barely visible… but they’ve taken that and turned the volume to 1000

His channel is excellent. At least when he makes predictions he seems to actually know about the clubs and usually applies some logic. Not always the case with others.

Yeah.. knows his stuff for sure.. listening to everything he was saying I was like.. “yeah, fair play” ?

I don't tend to buy shirts anymore, but I will buy training t-shirts / shorts for the gym. I've got a weird feeling that the away kit is going to be really nice. I have no idea why I'm thinking this considering the state of the home and 3rd kit haha.

Problem is I like the design of the home kit.. and don’t hate the design of the 3rd kit (if Splat was swapped for the actual badge) but all of the kits just fit so bad.. all baggy in the wrong places.. don’t look like football kits.. throwback to the early 2000’s in terms of fit.

so even if the away kit design is nice… it won’t fit right. And maybe the hold up is JL sowing badges over the splat robin on the away after the backlash ?

Such a pro at such a young age, it's remarkable how mature he is

Regardless of what the facts really are at this stage regarding the move... I couldn't agree more.. seems to also have good people around him... speaks highly of his family who also seem to be a good influence (looking back at when he was released as a kid) so sure he will make the right call when the time comes (hopefully its later rather than sooner!!)

Scott starts then but won't feature in the game later.

Should we read anything into this.

Yeah play him with the second team on a better quality pitch to reduce the chance of injury maybe? More of a first team later to get minutes together?
