A freak season apparently.
Amazing what you can do by just “running around”. It’s a wonder all the players haven’t started doing it

Yeah. The FBC Podcast have little if anything positive to say about him either. Even when he was top goal scorer last season.

Yes so pleased for him. Thoroughly deserved.

As s said I was listening to the Podcast. Twitter isn’t the only media?

I think in his defence, he does like a debate but doesn’t necessarily have the time to debate as long as you do. He would say it’s sometimes best to just agree to disagree after a bit of back and forth than have long drawn out debates
Not sure he does like a debate. He has his opinion he’s not really interested in anyone else’s. Very arrogant.
He often states the obvious and makes it sound clever e.g. he said they need to get together on Monday and work out how they’re going to beat Wigan. Wow better let Pearson know quickly in case he’s not thought of that.- 1

Listening to the podcast now. I think the problem with Ian is he’s just rude. He shouts over people if they happen to make any sound while he’s talking. He says he predicted teams ahead of Pearson’s choice. The classic being “yesterdays team is the one I picked when they knew Naismith was out”. Well it didn’t take much Williams for Naismith.
listening to Ian it does make you wonder why the board didn’t approach him before offering the job of manager to anyone else, cos he apparently has all the answers and has apparently predicted everything good that’s happened.- 3

Have just looked again this morning, there was obviously some sort of glitch yesterday because this morning there are 400 odd seats available in S19. Whilst we weren't able to buy our usual seats (because you can't leave two seats empty in a row) they were right next to them. So things seem to be sorted now.
-
It doesn't seem to explain why so many seats/tickets have gone already when resumably it's only season ticket holders any seats are open to reserved or unreserved.
.

Just surprised to see so many tickets sold already, when today was open to season ticket holders only online. Can't believe for example in our block S19 there's only 2 seats available? Anyone got an answer for that. Also why, when on the BCFC site it states adults £10 but looks like £23 or more when you click on a seat? Would be interested to hear others expereince.

Wonderful to watch. Every player working hard and so much more creativity.

Thanks for clarifying Dave...it did cross my mind. So I aired with caution.
Yes but we’d only have 7 points with a win Norwich have 8 points already so goal difference is a moot point isn’t it?

Anyone having a problem with the streaming?

Being our top scorer for a couple of years under a LJ side was no mean feat trust me when he had scraps to live off and not forgetting he was probably our best defender at set pieces which has come home to roost
Fair enough but as said I still don’t think you can compare their work ethic and as you said earlier we’ll have to agree to disagree. And that’s the beauty of a forum.

Who has been the better player for our club, massengo or fammy in your opinion
Depends what “better” means. Hard working, committed ,tenacious, striving to be better. I can only apply those words to one of those two and that’s Massengo. Admittedly I didn’t watch Fammy much when Johnson first brought him into the side but I did when he returned from injury and I never saw him work that hard unless his position was under threat e.g when Afobe was on loan. Yes he seemed like a lovely bloke but that doesn’t mean he worked his hardest for the club. I can only speak from what I saw. And that’s the opinion I came too.

Massengo clearly doesn’t want to be here you can tell by his recent attitude, hope he doesn’t get the abuse fammy did
Comparing Massengo with Fammy!!!! Come on. Massengo works incredibly hard every game, he battles and wants to win the ball, you could never apply those words to Fammy. Yes Massengo’s recent attitude may be less than we’ve come to expect but really he’s not going to get the abuse Fammy did.

He actually did, which is even more bizarre. Semenyo only had to look at a player and he conceded a foul.
True. Semenyo literally placed his hands on one of theirs as a means of balancing himself and the ref blew up. Semenyo literally couldn’t do a thing right where the ref was concerned.

Great to see so many positive comments about Andy. As some have said even in the poorer sides with other managers you could always rely on him to work incredibly hard, whether previous managers knew what to do with him or not.

How long to go before he is a club great?
Well we already believe he is and has been for some time, an incredibly hard worker even when the team wasn’t. If any player deserved a song it’s him. Gives everything he’s got in every game!

That Cundy’s a bit of a unit. I had to laugh when he came on and grabbed one of their players around the neck and threw him to the floor.
Hope he doesn’t prove to be a liability. Good job the ref didn’t see it.

I agree. Sometimes it’s not so much people can’t physically use a smart phone etc. but more that they’re happier/confident relying on an actual hard copy. Not everyone is grew up automatically being immersed in the digital age.
I understand we need to go green, but allow people time to adjust.
