Bet you’re glad you didn’t get a ticket.
Besides the point keep our League 2 standard Keeper behind the sticks then don’t mind me!
Lets just make up conspiracy theories up about Ashton and Lee Johnson behind the scenes as the reason we get spanked by Birmingham and bypassed by Wigan,Blackpool,Swansea,Brentford, Bournemouth and others (All have been Premier League Teams)while we flirt with lower points of the Championship and get told it’s normal by Pearson
You lot are all bin men most likely unambitious at life unambitious at football maybe we are a Rugby town

I haven’t seen it back, so this could be unfair, but at the time the second goal felt embarrassing.
3 set piece goals conceded

Attempts to undermine the point without considering your favourite player is a liability

At what point do people start to recognise that Frankie Fielding was better ? And that our next signing should be a keeper? Sorry he can make all the random world class saves he wants but give me a steady reliable safe hands keeper all day
Watch Ruddy on the replay of the first goalFlap on the third goal aswell, may seem opportunistic but he’s not up to standard may have a highlight reel of of saves to compete with many but over a 46 game season, well we’ve had 3 years of Bentley now… have we ever conceded more?

Gary J is managing where he is today because of his loyalty to us a desire to get us to the Premier League when his stock was at its highest. Should have left following the season after the play off final for himself we had peaked. He had another go we finished 10th after being 4th in March Bristol City could not get any higher at that time with the ambition in place. He should have tested himself elsewhere
After he left us his desire to get back in to work taking jobs when he could have waited for a respectable Championship club after us, Cardiff, Derby clubs of this stature would have taken Gary but he rushed in to work with Peterborough and the fickle world of football brought him back to Yeovil….where he took them to the Championship
The man is top class and I will never be told differently.
Blind loyalty and desire to be in work
Pearson can critique the previous managers all he likes fact is we’re not in crisis…we weren’t then
Difference… we were higher in the table

I’d add Neil Warnock to the same category as Gary in this argument…can’t handle big characters ….
Gary J handled Basso
Warnock handled Tarrabt
No buy in then what can the manager do ?

Tony Fawthorp should have got the job after 99/00 then we would have been promoted 7 years earlier
Sorry allow me to correct myself just did a history check he did get the job but resigned

It was patently obvious to everyone in the stands, but not apparently the manager, that Lita was a class above.
This isn't the first time we've seen this. A manager picking his mates, the people he knows best, and sidelining young talent.
It's not something you could accuse Pearson of, which might be why he's achieved so much more in his career than Wilson has.
I liked Danny as a person, but as a manager, we needed better.
Lita was not ready

He didn’t fancy Lita was obvious to all

I was thinking Nicky Maynard, but it is hard to remember that Crewe were in the second tier as recently as 2005. They had only sunk to the third tier by the time we signed him in 2008 and were relegated to the fourth tier at the end of that season... close but no cigar.
He was scoring in League 1 for a few seasons before we signed him and was a well known prospect I remember being surprised we got him when we did

Was chatting with @77 punk at the game in midweek (well, it was pretty dull at times, wasn’t it?) & we were talking about Kane Wilson making the step up of two divisions & clearly finding it tough so far.
We were trying to think of anyone who had made the 2 division leap (so from L2 to Championship) for us & made an immediate impact & could only come up with Albert Adomah who joined from Barnet, & let’s face it, was just brilliant & it appears a one off.
I’m really struggling to identify anyone else, most who have settled in straight away have come up one division from L1 (like Rob Atkinson, for instance) or from L2 when we were a L1 club ourselves, can anyone think of any others?
David Noble and Jamie Mcombe were League 2 before arriving to us in League 1 I believe and becoming Key players for us at the top end of the Championship
Not for us but impressive for me was Dave Nugent from Bury to Preston started scoring instantly and was playing for England within a couple of years
Also Vardy from conference to Championship and Premier League winner in 3seasons

We can’t out score everyone, just enjoy the ride to mid table
Championship sides are so equal it’s such slim margins to get it right which is what makes earlier dropped points this season so frustrating

Perhaps a blessing in disguise this defeat we needed to get Semenyo in the team Conway has been great but our best players have to be on the pitch,
Also the need for Kalas or Klose now that we haven’t got losing against Relegated Prem side to fall back on is clear

Extra 350 or so tickets sold out in 20 mins
Ridiculous
10 am on a Weds who has the time ?
20 minutes Are we playing Barcelona or is there a team effort mop up leaving some supporters with 0 chance ?This method of selling tickets is flawed, unfair and dare I say illogical
How about selling half online and half on the phone/ at the ground ? That’s fair. 3 tickets per supporter
Rather than one fan or their kids with access to multiple City fans Bristol sports accounts with spare time at 10am buying the tickets in 20 minutes That’s happening I’m very sure

Completely different scenario, and if you cannot admit that then you definitely are not ligical.
These Birmingham tickets were on sale for DAYS - they even made it to GENERAL SALE.
You have absolutely nobody to blame bar yourself for not getting one in the first place.
I find the online ticket system a free for all limiting opportunities for some City fans to attend DESIRABLE away fixtures.
That is the crux of my opinion and it won’t change

Just imagine if you got to the ground and there were 378 people in front of you !!!
You had your priority sales period, you missed the sale, stop looking to blaming everyone but yourself for missing out
Wouldn’t happen

online only? Pffffffftttt
This is exactly what happened with the Bournemouth tickets for reference to my previous comments I took the morning off work and was online at 9:50 am ready to buy. I will not be putting myself through that rage again good luck to those that try.
I will not be taking time off work for an online ticket lottery rather get paid now if I could go down and que at the ground before 10am where the people in said que could only buy 3 tickets and leave and I know no funny business is occurring I’d be happy to do this

Listening to that telephone conversation was sickening first time I heard it that pilot gambled Salahs life for a profit he is essentially a murderer in my eyes “last time we talk” “definitely taking a life jacket” “ low mist “ he wasn’t an idiot he referenced the fact he was risking his life. You’re wrong.
Ok I hold my hands up if so, I just preferred getting my away tickets at the ground was an easier life and no concerns of foul play within the system

So you've made it up then? You are saying 1 season ticket holder can buy 10 tickets during the season ticket holder priority period but have zero evidence to back that up.
I may be wrong I think you can add 10 season cards on each Bristol Sport profile and buy 3 tickets on each season card on that profile
So assuming you have access to to multiple profiles for example and have 10 cards added on each of those profiles with multiple browsers open you can get a lot of tickets purchased for people that is possible yes so silly people like me are waiting by the PC at 9:50 ready to buy when I never had a chance. Also staff will have ways of securing tickets
