gashead iv'e been working with think's they took 45'000 to the play off final in 1995 against Huddersfield
Well the crowd that day was 59,000 so only 14,000 from Huddersfield? Think your workmate may be exaggerating a little bit...not like them to do that tho

The Aberfan song was regularly sang when playing the Welsh back in the day as was the song about Holloways kids when we used to play Rovers so we are no angels on that front but I would like to think we have moved on from that sort of thing, haven't heard anything of that ilk for years thankfully.

34 year old German coach Danny Rohl takes over the Managers position
Previously assistant at Bayern Munich, Leipzig, Southampton and German National team
Decent pedigree but only as an assistant, could be interesting.

I think it's a fascinating watch, very disturbing tho, I grew up watching JS and probably like many thought he was a great bloke, I know people that wrote him letters on "Jim'll fix it" and they had replies that at one time the felt honoured to receive. He would never get away with that these days. I also think Steve Coogan has done an ambribable job playing the role of that piece of shit.

Car supermarkets are hit and miss, the sales people were probably selling double glazing a few weeks before, after care service not great. Main dealers in my experience are the best of what is generally a bad bunch even though you will pay more.

I see that one of the brothers has lost his job, been banned from the pubs he drinks in, been banned from playing for his football team and I would imagine he will be looking over his shoulder for some time to come

I don't think that is to bad, I pay over £9 from Bath to Bristol and when I was looking for a train to Leicester the other week I couldn't find anything under £90.

I would imagine there will be more gas at Temple meads than city , Oxford is there main away game of the season and won’t cost an arm and a leg to get there by train , even tough city have sold out for Leeds I would imagine most are going by road ,
might be a bit of bullying going on , maybe wrong but I know what there like .
Any City fans going by train to Leeds will be leaving a lot earlier than the jesters going to Oxford

I'm not condoning what they did, it was horrendous and awful for the family of the young lad that died but I'm sure that because it happened at a football match that they have been arrested and charged. A shop local to me had some bloke go in on Saturday night who helped himself to a pack of Stella, when a member of staff tried to apprehend him a knife was pulled.. after several phone calls by different people to the police they still didn't attend the scene.

I would have thought that a plan b for card readers not working would be the option to pay with cash, I know its not for everyone these days but plenty were offering to pay by cash yesterday. Must have been a fair bit of revenue lost yesterday.

Went to Posh when we played there a couple of years ago (Chris Martin scored the late winner), and I would conservatively say we had 3 times that level of support.
Yet they are massive...
Yes...we took about 1200 that day.
