  1. I can't work out if your postings on here are a form of masochism or plain old attention seeking. If it's the former maybe you should go back to headbutting minibus windows. If it's the latter maybe you should go back to licking minibus windows.
  2. I think it's because we've consistently underachieved for a club playing in a city the size of Bristol, but miraculously they've managed to be consistently shitter than us , making them the most bitter football fans in the entire football league. Or it might be inbreeding.
  3. It's like a pivot, but there's two of them.
  4. If this club has any ambition it would use the Scott wedge to get Bruce Buffer in.
  5. Thanks for the offer, but I'm too upset about Tommy at the moment.
  6. Thought I'd check our fixtures on the club app. Apparently we're playing a friendly, a cup game and a league game all on Thursday 1st January, and Preston have adopted WBA's badge. SMH. 1am a bit of an inconvenient KO time as well.
  7. Probably an unpopular opinion, but I'd have Maynard in the top five.
  8. The dribbling, swivel-eyed fewers do love an artist's impression don't they
  9. I'm still waiting to find out why John Cleese is a wrong 'un.
  10. Stone Island for me, show the rest of the division that we mean business.
  11. My family still regularly remind me that I hardly uttered a word for 24 hours after that game!
  12. I'll never forget that day. I was recovering from heart surgery at the time (was only 37!), and had to seek my consultants approval to attend. The wife was dead set against it (she was a gashead). The consultant reluctantly agreed, on the condition that I stayed sat down, didn't shout or jump up to celebrate etc. I spent most of the game sat on my hands, the epitome of calm. On the inside I was doing cartwheels, and not ashamed to say, shed a few tears at the end watching the sheer joy of the fans on the pitch. Great day!
  13. Struggling to remember any decent nicknames down AG since Fluffy Slippers and Russian Robot
  14. I've noticed it too. Personally, I blame pies, cakes, cider, and a lack of exercise
  15. Not like the "headbutts" these days when players just press their forehead onto the opposing player, more of a proper Glasgow kiss!
  16. Yep, think you could well be correct. I was only a young 'un and the memory is hazy. I do remember my old man going absolutely mental though!
  17. I'm pretty sure it was Fashanu who head butted David Rodgers in front of the East End
