Sound of the City very tame tonight I was hoping that there would be more texts read out from fans who are really genuinly p*ssed of with the situation and lack of interest shown by the Lansdowns for them to decline to go on the show tonight says everything.

I had a rant on there this morning when they rang me :)

People were asking for the club/SL to speak last week and there wasn't any response, even from the SLO. People who queried their absence were met with glib answers on here "he doesn't have to speak to us" "Why should he speak to us?"

I know there was a meeting planned but some people couldn't attend, was that for something else?

Meeting was rearranged for tomorrow. We’re waiting to hear if it’s going ahead. Was cancelled after Phil Alexander left, and tomorrow is the earliest date it could be rearranged for, due to annual leave.

Thanks very much for the feedback guys, I was up pretty late on it last night after work asked me to put something together so it's very much appreciated.

I think we can all read between the lines of what's happened over the last few months - I really didn't want it to turn into a boardroom bashing but it's difficult to understand how we get from the start, sacking Nige, to the end game of getting in the play-offs without wider soul searching. Let's hope that happens.

Am genuinely like a proud parent of how far Ron has come. He’s worked really bloody hard from day one to get his career where it is now.

Dolly, I work on major developments and newts are only one of a number of potential problems for developments to overcome (see also Bats, Badgers, Japanese Knotweed, archaeological finds...). Newts can actually be dealt with relatively 'easily' by rehoming.

It's not a trivial thing, protecting our wildlife. Yes, it's a pain, but there are valid reasons for it.

I’m not saying that wildlife isn’t important, but the nimbys only seemed to want to look after them once they realised it helped their case :) (as in it wasn’t out of genuine concern)
