    No conformation email, though it was showing on my rewards page that I had traded my points for these items. Now, of course, the rewards page has gone!

    Exactly the same as me, I’ve had nothing, despite the website saying I would receive a confirmation email shortly

  3. I purchased a bunch of stuff (lunch box, water bottle, boot bag and a Father’s Day card) because of the points expiring on the 31st, but haven’t had an email acknowledgement, nor has any stuff arrived yet. 
     

    Has anyone else had the same? It’s now not letting me log in as it’s “under maintenance.”

I thought disabled fans automatically got allocated a free carers ticket (certainly was the case when I used to escort disabled fans to games a few years back) and the carer should be qualified/trained to deal with/help the disabled passenger, and any specialist equipment the disabled person needs. The coach driver wouldn’t therefore be expected to do anything other than drive the coach?

  7. You just start the conversation with any child asking what the words mean with “well firstly the song is meant as a joke. . .”

    People are a bit sensitive when it comes to bad language, just give them the heads up that they’re going to hear rude words at football, and they can use those words at football, but not elsewhere.

    When we sat in the Atyeo we had the misfortune to be sat in front of the king of the moaners, even his son seemed genuinely embarrassed to be with him most of the time. I am sure @Curr Avon will remember the "gentleman" in question, I remember him crying about a misplaced pass when we were 3-1 up with minutes to go against Rotherham in our promotion sealing game. Everybody else in the ground just boucing with joy except this idiot.

     

    God I remember him when I used to sit there! Was a right moaning git! 
     

    I don’t miss those days, it’s partly why I’m in the unreserved section now, cos you can move if someone’s annoying you, or just glare at them enough, and they move! :D

    Jerry asked for my number as the guy behind the scheme wanted to talk to me - didn’t call me back. Emailed the rewards email address Jerry gave - no response.

    It’s a shitshow. 

    I’ve got two kids season tickets in exactly the same situation, waited 8 days for an email response which was basically “tough, you can’t do anything about this”

    Nope, just screenshot your ticket and send it to them. It’ll only work once though, so you cant send it to more than one person.
