Will wet myself if Pring seems laboured because of his 'injury' and gets ripped to pieces by Hutchinson.

He's not looked fully ready since his injury but let's rush him back.

Sure we will get some chances on the break tonight. Wait and see how it goes.

Expects nothing less than a ‘West Ham performance’. With a ****** knee.  We shall see!

Walked past this,Cardiff fan was telling the cops that he had been whack by a “Wurzel”.

When I walked past him there was a City bloke inviting him for another whack if he wanted one 😂 ‘Soul Crew’ (oh the irony of that name btw) tosser was politely declining.

It is probably an experienced second coach - our structure rules out a DoF as that treads on Tinnions toes. To be fair you can call it what you want though. If you asked (for example, not suggesting) Joe Jordan to come in as a consultant his title doesn’t matter - it’s what he brings to the table.

One of the (many) issues I think Liam has is that he’s blinded by the process - and the book he’s read is the same one “Hoggy” has read. So I think he needs a different viewpoint, to see what the book doesn’t tell him. Major caveat here is that I think he believes in the process so much that he may not show willingness to take it.

Says it all for me. He is just so so rigid and stuck on the process.  Also it’s him and ‘Hoggie’ against the world it seems.  They are the team. Can’t see that dynamic being broken up easily if at all.

If BT/JL now wash their hands of him, hide their culpability behind his performance, it will just be yet more weak management.

That wouldn’t be the way I would see it.   If they hold their hands up and admit it was a mistake bringing Manning in at the time they did I’d actually gain a modicum of respect for them - as long as they admit they got it wrong in the first place.   Them doing that though is pie in the sky and will never happen. But they could.

    12:30pm Kick-Off didn't help

I actually was quite surprised that the atmosphere was pretty decent at the start of the game.   It soon waned after about 10 mins of complete and utter dire football (from both sides)!

Yeah im not sure now, that table has tightened right up,, sheffield weds were gone a few games ago, and they are close too, more importantly, we are in pathetic form, where as other are picking up points, in 3/4 weeks it could look very different unless we get a win or 2,,, that 6 point gap could be closed up in a couple of weeks.

I thought before the Southampton, Boro, Wednesday and QPR swing that we could be really in trouble as I didn’t see us getting anything at all from the first two.  We won the first two which were fantastic results but it’s just gone south since. Still think though we will end up 16th/17th.   A shitshow but not relegated.

This is what generates "atmosphere," this sort of football  (with something immediately at stake, helps too). The tedious "possession" shite can get tae **** give us chaos like this, fer fs

Yep, would’ve far preferred ‘Eustace’ Ball. And like Smodzics, that’s not hindsight either, it’s on record!

Yeah but won't be able to grasp it. If you think a 19 year old is signed on current form you are beyond help

    But he didn't say that.

    Let me refresh your memory……

Anyway I see you are now equating signing Dire as a first team squad member for 3 months with us signing Alex Scott as a 16 year old for the youth team, so I’ll leave it there.

    exactly

So why is someone ‘beyond help’ if they think a player who has signed for 3 months should be in form for the period for which we have actually paid for his services?

You’d imagine current form would have something to do with a loan signing though wouldn’t you.   As that’s all it is. A loan signing for a few months.
