They said that a month ago.  Then he sat on the bench and did nothing despite us being desperate for him to come on (no doubt to save face) and now it’s been 6 weeks.  Shambolic.

That wouldn’t be the way I would see it.   If they hold their hands up and admit it was a mistake bringing Manning in at the time they did I’d actually gain a modicum of respect for them - as long as they admit they got it wrong in the first place.   Them doing that though is pie in the sky and will never happen. I actually was quite surprised that the atmosphere was pretty decent at the start of the game.   It soon waned after about 10 mins of complete and utter dire football (from both sides)!

I thought before the Southampton, Boro, Wednesday and QPR swing that we could be really in trouble as I didn’t see us getting anything at all from the first two.  We won the first two which were fantastic results but it’s just gone south since. Still think though we will end up 16th/17th.   A shitshow but not relegated.
