It is just all rovers now, they will definitely score at least another one

Then my mind was cast back to Colin Daniels day when all the planets aligned and the impossible happened. Out of league despite only spending 20 minutes in the relegation zone all season.
I fear the same is happening again, but they'll get a positive outcome.
That possibility occurred to me a few weeks back

Yes need to make game safe first. A high bonus points draw would be a start..
Would love a draw, not looking good now though is it?

Another 100 or so and throw them in after lunch tomorrow?
Or maybe we have a plan to make them face a few overs this evening

Oh well. Another painful season ahead I fear

Just read a report that 25% of EFL players are not jabbed.
Why the hell does a footballer thinks he knows better than the scientists
That would still be higher than the general population. Only 66% of 25-29 year olds have had a first jab.

Robins commentator states “ Bristol City have won it”
Nothing can go wrong now
I genuinely assumed I'd misheard it.

I bet Norwell & Miles are sick as pigs to have deserted Glos (who are the real champs with 8 wins ) See lads, the grass isn't always greener !
They aren't doing much in the Bob Willis trophy either.

I’m guessing they’ll want to set around 270 in 2 sessions maybe, maybe little less to tempt Somerset to go for it. 250 on 60 overs perhaps. Somerset certainly don’t shut up shop very well so if we’re 50/3 the title will be in the bag.
Ok, my guess is that they are going to try to set 300 in 70 overs, get us batting for a quick session before lunch.

So will Somerset be able to reach 3 figures? And if so avoid the follow on?
Ffs, I was joking when I wrote it

Nas reckoned Lancs were just about over par. No doubt Somerset will allow the tail to put on another 100 as usual though so no need to worry unduly.
Or just another 9 amazingly!

It's like they've just given up for the season

When you look at the other scores it seems it’s defo a bowling morning
Crazy when we can be 134 all out but have outscored 4 other teams today - those were all put in to bat though of course.

Nah, Leach & Davey to save the follow on by adding 200+ for the 8th wicket
Or maybe adding 10.
At least we can expect MDL to provide some stability.

Sensible batting required by Somerset for the rest of the day. What could possibly go wrong?

We`ve got a strong side out tonight, six back from the hundred. Won the toss and put them in.
We really should win this. A full house at Taunton could make the difference.
Brooks and MDL in the team makes me a little nervous as they can both be quite expensive at times and that first over didn't go terribly well.

Yep feels like we're chucking this away from pretty strong position. Should have easily got 300, now will be defending about 280
The one question is will Warwickshire be thinking about trying to qualify still? It would require Surrey to lose which seems unlikely, but the calculation they need to look at is if Surrey fail to win by one run then Warwickshire need to improve their run rate a bit - I think they'd need to knock the runs off in 40.3 overs. If they take the full 50 overs then they are relying on Surrey failing to reach 180.
(Maths could be entirely wrong on those NRRs as I've done it very quickly)

Ah yeah I presumed it was QF just versus the top 4 but not the case.
Looking at perms for Somerset - Glamorgan need to be Yorkshire and Somerset Win, that would put them third I think, as Notts have already played 8 games. That or Slurrey losing which doesn't seem likely
I struggle to see Somerset winning this one sadly. The young bowlers are going to need to really perform well

4 I think.
Durham doing a good job on Hants so far and Glos should win against Kent.
Glos need Lancs to lose as well don't they? Second in each group plays third in the other and winners of those games play winners of the groups in the semis.

Have you seen the crowd we have at Taunton today? There are 2,000 of us locked outside having to watch the live stream

Gonna be chasing 300 at this rate. Can`t see us getting anywhere near that.
Pressure will be on to be scoring from the start and I can't see our bowlers getting us out of trouble when the top order collapses

Looks like a nice sort of morning for batting. 5 down by lunch?
