That is such an obnoxious reply!
Who are you to tell people what they should find humorous and who or where to post their "banter"..?
If there were numerous threads appearing, then you'd have some point, but with everything appearing in one thread, clearly entitled to suggest the topic of content that it may contain, it's easy to avoid if people's reference to your friends is not to your own particular taste.
As a 37 year old lifelong City supporter, damn right I enjoy mocking the blue few at the never ending shambles that is their club.
You have every right not to like it, not to partake in the ridicule and be the more mature, forgive and forget type pacifist.
Just as I and others have the right to comment on each and every episode of their, quite frankly hilarious, circus and mock their dillusional beliefs. Especially on a thread clearly entitled "Bristol Rovers"
Get off your high horse and stop re-confirming the views of many on here, that you are a cantankerous old git with a sickening soft spot for those in Horfield who in return, dillusionally mock us every bit as we do to them.
He posts obnoxious replies like he does, not because he is 'mature'...but because he loves the attention. He craves it in fact
He loves playing the pantomime villain...I've never known anyone like it. When attention starts to diminish....he posts something else antagonistic . He always gets a rise...and once again, his need for attention is fulfilled.
If anyone should grow up....it should be @Robbored

What a great day, City beat one of the championships hardest clubs in a Ashton Gate capacity of over 20,000.
Meanwhile, our bottom feeding friends head off to Swindon, unable to sell out their allocation, start a few scuffles, get rained on all day then realise they went through all that trouble to then see the game abandoned.
Even better....im fairly certain that rules state, if something like 45 or 60 minutes of a game is completed...fans are not eligible for refunds

Not a lot if anything wrong with our defence IMO, it's midfield that is and will continue to be the problem, look at how few chances we have created in most of our league games and especially this one.
We definately have an issue at right back without Matthews.

After 5 minutes played?!
May as well call FT now then
Apologies.
I just think against teams like this, if we fall behind, we are screwed. We have done very well in the transfer window this year....but our defence is still poor.
For a vast majority of last season our defence was a shambles. Some may even argue its actually weaker now then the one that finished last year...
Going forward we have some real quality. But we need to sort the defence out asap

Sounded too easy in the build up to the goal
To be fair, most of the goals we are giving away are to soft. Our defence is shocking

Think we can kiss this game goodbye

Not really we have been discussing boycotting that one for ages now, any game against 'B' sides needs avoiding...who knows where changes like that will lead.
Its hard to compete with you guys attendance-wise when you all have 6+ kids crammed into those council homes.
Haha, so when you get less then 2k through the gate next week, its because of a 'boycott'?
Sure.....

I would say he's 100 % gas . But because he questions and has a different view to u . You got to call him out . Because you're so paranoid that a fellow saghead can be so critical. I know a few really sound sagheads and they don't think everything is rosy . And they call me a shithead just to make sure u know there proper sags . Grow up Danny and if u don't like what you read . **** off
I got locked in a debate with one on facebook. He still believes that this Jordanian guy is a billionaire. Absolute gold.
When I asked him to explain why the new ground wasnt being built if he had all that money, his reply was "to much change in such a small amount of time would be detrimental"
Im still laughing now

Genuine question, why did you lot boycott the league cup game with Scunny?
I love it when you cretins try to give us shit. We had something like 168 fans at Scunny....and I genuinely believe you lot think you would have taken more. You will tell me different though....your a typical Rovers fan. You're a pathological liar
Im amazed at how many Rovers fans are dining out on 4k at Chelsea. We took similar to Coventry years ago, we took 5k+ to West Brom for christ sake. Big deal
Last I heard....you cant even sell out Swindon. Pathetic.
One thing I will commend you on is yout manager. Proving to be a top young coach.
I cannot wait to you lose him....which you will.

Where is the 70 odd figure coming from for Scunthorpe? Hardly a huge following but our actual following was over double "70 odd" (158).
That distance on a Tuesday for that competition and those opponents...not a bad effort.
The pathalogical liars strike again....

You got to laugh. A mate of mine posted on facebook a photo from Lee Brown's Instagram, of a 'handshake' goal celebration yesterday with Matty Taylor when he scored the winner.
The caption reads "when you shake on a deal then do a U Turn. Then 3 weeks later score the winner against them"
My mate and his Rovers mates are loving it!
Personally I think it sums up the type of person Matty Taylor is...and the Gas heads are to thick to see it

I've never understood deadlegs keeping players out. Is this a different type of dead leg than me & my mates used to give each other for a laugh, by kneeing each other in the thigh?
Had a couple in the past. Can be very painful

Been woeful so far this half.
