  1. No option at this stage. The default is digital….and I guess you’ll have to contact them later for anything else.
  2. And…..don’t tell me…..you still get a booklet with a ticket you tear out for each match ?
  3. Just about to pose a similar question RR. How different (of at all) are we to the average Championship club? I can recall a couple of times recently when we’ve played a side with 6 players out injured (or similar). Is it that uncommon? Or - like the penalties - does it come in phases for most sides but just happen constantly to us?!
  4. Don't get me wrong...I'm a big Vyner fan. Always have been, even through the spells when it felt like there were about three of us! But he can pass better than he did today - and some of them were just giving it away. His pass success stats alway get distorted by those cross field passes that all our back 4 make, but - a couple of long cross field ones aside - he just didn't do it going forward for me today.
  5. That's a fair assessment, but what's frustrating is that for all their neat and tidy football you could see why Swansea are on the terrible run they are and you could see why they've thrown away so many leads recently. They were the better team...but they weren't really that convincing.
  6. Defensively I agree. But his distribution has been very poor today. As has Dasilva's albeit in a different way - he just seems unable to see his colleagues making runs into space - its so frustrating that several times a simple ball by him would have set up a break, but he just misses it, takes another touch, plays it back.
  7. Yes, injuries have been a factor. But I think that it's stretching it to say that our defeat today is down to bad luck rather than playing poorly. Swansea, who aren't great, have been better than us, and we have been wasteful and toothless.
  8. Hard to see what difference that makes if we don't give them better service though. Overhit long punts is about all they've been getting last 10 minutes.
  9. Two positives. We’re not as bad as we were first half at Luton. OTC. Looks comfortable, and finds a City player with most of his passes, which is something few others manage!
  10. Although, being Luton, any recompense should be for the one that went ahead…? ?
  11. Mind you, wouldn’t much of the parking at AV have been within the control of the club, who themselves charge north of £20 on some match days?
  12. Nothing and Nowhere……The Fits
  13. Went there a while back and keep meaning to get back. Loved it. And really interesting, inventive, tasty vegetarian dishes. If they brought back those pre-covid vegan pies at Ashton Gate I could be persuaded to give up meat!
  14. That's good news - really developing into a good steady player at Championship level.
  15. Why has he photoshopped the pitch at the memorial "stadium" onto the Luton ground?? Love the bit where he says (about City) " long hopeful ball up the pitch...and they've lost it". That was pretty much the game summed up for us!
  16. Unlucky - feel for him just when he seems to have settled into a regular place. He's looked pretty effective for them to on the occasions I've seen them.
  17. Violence…….Mott the Hoople.
  18. Ha ha - typing about the derby matches above as you posted this! Never been to Genoa/Samp - I must try it.
  19. The Olimpico for a derby match is something else. Lazio and Roma ends both in full voice and unbelievable 'coreografia' - visuals. (Although the last one I did both sets of fans were on strike and it was deadly dull!) I saw one not long before Totti retired: Lazio fans had a similar hostility to him, and more. At this game a firecracker was thrown at him by Lazio fans during the game. Not normally to be condoned, I know, but it couldn't have gone more like a dream for whoever threw it. Landed about 5 m behind him, he was completely unaware, and it went off with the loudest crack you've heard. He hit the ground like he'd been shot, and needed several minutes treatment before he was able to continue! The only downside is you don't get the Lazio eagle - which is the best pre match entertainment ever.
  20. It's certainly middle of nowhere, but it's more like a proper football ground (unlike, say, the Olimpico in Rome). I liked it. Although that may have been helped by the fact that Rijjkard, Van Basten and Gullit were all playing for Milan when I went!
