One thing sticks out for me. One nil up at half time against ten men, and he tells the team to shut up shop second half. Regardless whether a side is competent enough to do this (we aren't ), its a very negative and anti-football thing to do. Not for me.

To be fair, its not really an option for a club to change their away kit, or home kit of course, mid way through a season. It would open up a whole can of worms for fans who have purchased replicas, etc. I,m sure this has been mentioned earlier in the thread but couldn't be arsed to look.
