Seems to be alright, PL said after the match that he lost feeling in his arm straight after the impact and couldn’t throw the ball. It was a hell of a shoulder barge though wasn’t it so hardly surprising

I did think that when he took the job, despite their fall from high Sunderland are a big club in terms of fan base and history. Sunderland is a very working class place, much deprived and a poor neighbour of Newcastle. I loved the straightforwardness of their fans when I was up there. I’m surprised it has taken them this long to get annoyed about the type of thing LJ likes people to listen to.

I was watching and thinking that they would have a hell of a job picking out a MOTM. Piers was my pick too, but totally agree with you about Uren. It’s nice to see some of the players that are often overshadowed by our ‘Big names’ get some recognition. It was great to see Vui back too, he certainly never holds back. And as for Semi, amazing, but he reminds me of a Disney character and I can’t get that thought out of my head ?
