  1. Good point. Remember that snarky Post pre season article that said we would be bottom after six games? Wonder if those ***** would like to print a retraction?
  2. Yep, the only positive has to be that we sack this clown. Took over a side that used to challenge for every competition and relegated them. **** off back over the bridge you bluffer.
  3. Was this horseshit seriously in the Post? "The club has wasted no time in getting to grips with the suggestions" **** off. They'll print any old rubbish about them, won't they? Though fair play to the comedian who actually suggested they provided a roof. Hard to know which of the two is more of a joke.
  4. Agreed, it is a really good example of a club building a sensible new stadium (£17m, apparently) but it is certainly not evidence of a "massive infrastructure", is it? Baffled as to why Dopey didn't mention MK, now that is a big ground..
  5. Usual Post utter ******* drivel. Trying to pretend they are in some way in our league. Have a read of Jack Vittles interview with Dopey today, absolute comedy gold, especially questions like "how delighted are you with the tickets you've sold for Wigan away?" and Dopey's quote that we have got to compete with clubs with "massive infrastructure" like "Rotherham", yes, Rotherham and their 12,000 seat stadium. ******* massive, you complete cock.
  6. In Jack Vittles' dreams. North Korean match reports would be more impartial than him.
  7. Remind me, who was it that signed the****, 2 months ago?
  8. First sub 8000 gate of the season tonight. ******* massive club..
  9. One was at Charlton, so their massive, loyal away following like to take racism with them to away games, too..
  10. Yes, maybe but he is versatile and we have no one on the bench who is right footed and defensive..
  11. Pisano out injured so Vyner makes sense, Wright travelled back a long way midweek so again quite logical re Flint, but very surprised that he has gone for O'Dowda. Seemed obvious for the last few games that he favours Smith over Pack but this strikes me as a game where we needed both, with Brownhill tucking in on the right. No Hegeler on the bench, too, I guess Pack is CM cover and Hörður CB cover, but thought he would feature there.
  12. Expect loads of fawning questions then (plus probably another outing for that "pie in the sky" artists impression of UWE) but absolutely nothing whatsoever about where the money is coming from or the racist incidents at both their league games so far..
  13. They had "huts", but according to a blue fewer one was condemned, so they now have just the one hut.. Nope, it was on a thread there, the one about Wael's interview on Radio Bristol, I think.
  14. Love the one on there about the pasty hut being closed today because it has been condemned..
  15. The gap between the Championship and that league is growing, even forgetting for a minute the utterly laughable lot over the river, less than 300 away fans on a Saturday 3pm kick off just wouldn't happen at our level, even Burton would bring more than that.
  16. Pretty sure an identical fairy tale to this appeared on Asschat a month or so ago, what a coincidence, eh?
  17. Not only that, the "tent end" is cheek by jowl to the street behind, that would have to be the thinnest stand ever. The home end (no idea what it is called) is also pretty cramped to the houses on whatever the road there is ? Filton Ave? Only on the sides is there really sufficient room to expand.
  18. Rovers fan I work with said to me earlier this summer that Luke James was the worst striker he had ever seen play for them. When you have watched the likes of Christian McClean and whoever they had up front in the season they were relegated from the football league, that is some ******* accolade..
  19. See that bloke Miller they were due to sign in the January transfer window from Dover (and who their friends at The Post have been bigging up this week for scoring over 40 goals this season) has signed for Peterborough today. Weird, isn't it? Run by a billionaire Arab owner apparently yet outbid by a club with 6000 fans & run by the likes of Darragh McAnthony..
  20. Only a club which should declare itself an irony free zone could include a picture of someone who looks like a tramp above a story about helping the homeless. Are there really people out there more unfortunate than the sags?
  21. Yet another penalty today, such a shame they still got stuffed by a side that hadn't win in a while, eh?
