  1. Sleeping giants! ******* comatose. How many points are they below Shrewsbury again? That “46,000” will be more than the capacity of Wembley soon.
  2. Absolutely, nothing whatsoever to do with Clarke in this instance but what a comic that “newspaper” now is. Utterly pointless shite, who on earth still buys it?
  3. David Pipe? Andy Spring? They were actually at your club at the time, too..
  4. Remember the top bit, Stockport were also on something like a seven match winning run at the time. The pitch was apparently “waterlogged” despite amateur football taking place at Eastville Park on the same day... It also as you say, coincided with the Saturday between the 2 legged midweek JPT games with us, meaning amazingly they had no game (whereas we travelled up to somewhere like Blackpool & played). Stockport’s manager said the postponement was a “disgrace” and complained to the FA, who of course did absolutely nothing. Cheating scum.
  5. The gap between League One and The Championship is vast now. Last seasons relegated trio from it sit 1st, 3rd and 5th. Of the three sides that came down from The Prem in contrast two of them are in the bottom three again this season. Playing in a 12000 capacity non league standard ground with a swamp for a pitch shows how far they are away from us now.
  6. So their transfer window comprised selling their best player for £400k to a top ten Championship club, (a fee that must surely have been negotiated by David Davis). Then signing a bloke called “Bernard” from Aldershot (no, not the bass player from Chic, sadly he is no longer with us) Plus a 32 year old released by Millwall and then Elliott Bennett’s crapper brother, who was released by Pompey. Must be time for their mates at The Post to change the subject & mention their “amazing away support” again, even though Plymouth’s is miles better. ******* tinpot.
  7. Basically The Post prints that shite every week and those gullible ******* lap it up.
  8. ******* hilarious. Some old gas scrote nicks from their dressing rooms and then puts his ill gotten gains down his ******* trousers whilst another gas kid robs from them as well. They are so classless. #familyclub #bestfansintheworld So “prowed” to be gas, eh?
  9. Said this several times, Argyle are a far bigger club than them. South West's second biggest.
  10. This. Odd team selection, no support for Reid, we looked punchless thoughout. Bizarre to take Bobby off when Flint went up top too.
  11. Doesn't that pre suppose Wael & the gas are being truthful re UWE? Bristol Sport already work in partnership with the likes of Glos cricket, I'm sure a mutually beneficial deal could be struck here.
  12. I actually think SL having a stake in UWE would be a very good idea. At present the U23 side use Failand, Twerton, Clevedon, Weston (or was that for an away fixture?) Bristol Sport also has to accommodate any non first team rugby games, plus the Women's team (based at Stoke Gifford) are all dotted around. If a small, say 5000 capacity stadium was built there I think it would prove useful as a home for these sort of sides.
  13. I know the answer to question two; It will look exactly like it does now but just like with UWE, the Post will use some ridiculously far fetched, "pie in the sky" image for absolutely ages after it is ever likely to have been realistic..
  14. £750k? Dopey has already spent £300k of that in the summer on 26 games, 1 goal "striker" Tom Nichols..
  15. Nothing. He has been abysmal in his last 2 sub appearances but don't worry he isn't Cayley Woodrow. League 1 player.
  16. Hardly likely to say the 9 outfield players playing every minute are ******, is he?
  17. Wow, even by their incredibly low standards that is tinpot.
  18. You are right, but the local media are equally culpable, too. Even this year the Post talked about his family wealth being £500m and the BBC sent a local journalist (Andy Howard) to Jordan to do a (totally unnecessary) fawning piece on Wael. It was pretty clear from the start that someone who was seriously considering buying Gillingham before them was hardly another Sir Stephen Lansdown, but their pathetic desire to find nice things to say about the horse punchers got in the way of the (incredibly amusing) truth.
  19. Oh yes. With that Jordanian bullshitter in charge they are effectively slowly dying in front of us. How many "loyal and true" will keep going against the likes of Bury and Northampton for relegation six pointers in freezing January or February?
  20. 8300. Can't even give tickets away, can they? Blue "half" of Bristol.., like ****.
  21. Seriously though, how many people actually buy this sort of "book"? 50? Who wants to read shite like "remember that time we took 500 to Leyton Orient & we drew 1-1"? The definition of minority interest..
  22. Plymouth Argyle, a bottom four club had 11000+ today, the blue few on the other hand just over 8000. No argument over who is the West's second club, is there?
  23. Anything that you can give to make his earnings up to just below the minimum wage would be really appreciated..
  24. Illiterate ******* as well, it is "they're" which is an abbreviation of they are, not "there". Stupid, horse punching, racist, ridiculously gullible former non league *****, aren't they?
  25. Surely the funniest part of that link is the bit where Comical Ali (Jack Vittles) says "neither side trusted the pitch so couldn't commit to passing football". Do your own jokes on that one, after all it was a L1 game with one team who had lost nine out of their last ten against a team with no win in their last six. Not because they are both ******* shit, then?
