Anyone fancy standing out in the cold on Saturday night…

Tinpot.
Is Lansdown supplying the screen for this one?!
Let's hope it's delivered in time!!!

O'Hare, Hamer, and Gyokeres going for a song, thank you very much!!!

I might (probably), but I always thought it came from the early days of sport when Gentleman V Amateurs type matches were common?
The idea being that some farm hand would be less refined and hit rough shots in cricket and hand out even rougher tackles in football or rugby maybe?
Maybe similar etymology for 'industrial' language?!

Most people outside of Bristol would assume they were the non league side if you showed them this video. They are so embarrassingly tin pot in every conceivable way.
I was egging them on for someone to say, realistically, 1-3, against the Gas!!!

They detest SISU so they will be happy, I think they were worried about Mike Ashley as well nearly as much.

Didn't you have a lad called Tammy on loan, who's goals saved you from relegation?
We did, but I don't recall following it up the next season with the same.

Watford fans saying that he’d previously asked his bench to take him off. That’s why he was angry. Not unreasonably so. He’s 32 and looks like it could be a potentially career ending injury.
And in a day when we’re recognising Nathan Baker’s situation, you might expect something other than abuse in that situation.
Wonder if he could pursue a negligence claim against the medical staff, they have a duty of care!

There's been a lot of hot air coming from their direction for being a massive one place higher than us in the division below....
Not to mention the usual trick of their best player being a loanee, building for the future there!!!

Bit disappointed in Tommy today, link up play and decision making been poor in promising positions maybe a day for Antoine to be an impact sub.

Looking more and more the part, very competent shot shopper - but would still like to see him punch it more than 5 yards, gives me the willies when I see his fists flying!!!

Zak just about shaking off the effects of the Zopiclone he appeared to have ingested today.

Love it when our defenders chip in with goals.

Oh dear, they're one-nil down.

So, no-one had a retrospective look at this? Assuming it was an ok tackle then!

Orange card for me that

Ref has had a meltdown I think, why always us.

Could be wrong, but have officials been instructed not to stop games this season? Hope the person involved recovers well. Horrible to see.
I know there has been some frustration from the crowd doctors & their teams, who feel that they are hampered to an extent when playing side medics get involved in the care of what are essentially their patients. Can lead to crossed-wires, compromised care etc, and stopping a match can arguably cause more issues; you wouldn't expect the crowd doctors to enter the FoP to deal with playing staff injuries/illness etc. I suspect this may have been fedback and so perhaps there will be less of a willingness to stop play in the future, will wait & see.
Hope the person in question is recovering well.

I'd prescribe x1 enforcer as a CB & x1 enforcer in Centre Mid, I think we have enough pieces elsewhere to shift around to make a serviceable Championship team.

I think for want of looking like his is commanding his area, and being proactive, he achieves precisely the opposite
Additionally, he can't punch for toffee!!!

Thought Semenyo was a handful again today against another physical defence. Not long after the scuffle he got taken down via a horse-collar tackle by one of them who got booked and then subbed. AS did well to keep his cool, as I think they received instructions to wind him up. One of the first names on the team sheet for me.
No wonder he had a long face.

My observations of Williams is that he is a "pointer". When we are faced with an opposition player running at us in our half he very often finds himself in no man's land and will point at an opposing player, to no one in particular, in an effort to appear he is covering someone else but is actually doing nothing.
A bad case of the Kilkenny's!!!

Thought exactly the same about their right back. Impressed. Who was he. He seemed very pally with two or three of our players at the end.
Maybe a Chelsea and/or England age groups connection?
