Whilst the hierarchy at the club remains the same then so will the managerial appointments. Do people ever wonder why SL can find no-one to invest in the club? I'll give you a small clue Steve, why would anybody invest when you will remain the majority shareholder......it's a club in a big city with everything in place to go forwards. For all the fantastic work you've done for the club you are also the reason the club is stagnating.....

Awful game but really should have been a 3-0 win. McCrorie passes to Conway for a tap in and Knight's header when it looked easier to score. Their keeper had probably more touches than any outfield player.

Lansdown wants investment in the club.....who in their right mind would put money in whilst he's still running the show.

Really not sure what the game plan is,no energy,passing bloody awful.....it's soul destroying watching this as a home match.

So if we manage to get 10 points from 10 remaining games we should be safe. If you look at the games coming up for teams at the bottom it's pretty tough for them as well......

We've got to be one the worst in the league for throw ins. We are so poor at a very basic part of the game that you have more than anything else in a match. No runners into space and invariably throw it down the line to a defender. I've yet to see a well worked thrown in this season.

We're in an awful run of form with some tough games coming up....the teams below us all have a lot of hard ones as well,with some playing each other. I still think we will end up finishing between 16-18th.

One of the problems LM faces in games is that unless the other manager doesn't set up his team the way he wants, he really is in trouble. There is no plan to counter the other team, subs are like for like set by an alarm clock....... It's so poor.

Don't forget the main protagonist in all of this...... Manning was always going to jump at a chance to manage in the championship at a club with a good following, great stadium and state of the art training facilities. He was given this opportunity by a man who has been promoted way above his level.

It's almost as if the instinct to get forward has been dispensed with. Allied to our total lack of pace It's a struggle with little threat....

Why,oh why is our first instinct when we get a ball played into a midfielder that they nearly always look or play it backwards. There have been times when the player receives the ball with space in behind him but invariably goes back......

Perfect summation of what was a dire performance. We showed no threat whatsoever upfront and so many players well below average.
