The only thing I could do was laugh as the guy watched me beep my card at the machine before pressing a peddle to let me through! Gastwat2 : Appeared to work perfectly for me and most of the other 8600 in the stadium! Gastwat1 : My point is they were not electronic. A guy watched the light come on and then pushed a peddle to let me through. Not sure if this was all around the ground but was certainly on the east side. Gastwat3 : I thought it was priceless too. There was I expecting something like at Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge, even some L1 grounds. Should have remembered it's BRFC. Now ant sensible person would have checked on the internet before crowing about being the 6th richest club in the UK, but that wouldn't be them would it. If they start the rebuild , buy a player or two and challenge towards the top end of the division the club will obviously a more sellable option, he may well make a profit. I'm not sure we would, we may have thought about it though. We did lend them our ground for a few games, something I doubt they would have offered readily. Where would they have had to play at that time? Wasn't't Swindon mentioned? While our fans may have jumped at the chance to try and finished them off, I have th feeling the men in charge were slightly better than that (though not all).

Hang on , I must be missing something. So the reason they don't sell out the ground every week is because they've outgrown it? 11v11.com has their highest League attendance at 11,883 for a game against Leeds on September 2011, does that mean they have never had a League sell out? Yet they have out grown a ground they cannot fill.
