The big question is, how much do you have to pay if you want a good attacking midfielder and you want promotion? I haven’t a clue what the figure is, but if City are serious it can’t just be signings from Leagues 1&2
Rearrange these words….
million palmer four kasey

Still has 2 years left on his deal, so Burnley have absolutely no need to be charitable on the fee. If they do come down, which they probably will, the very best we could do is have a season long loan with a fee attached imo.
Either that, or succumb and pay £4-5m.
If Burnley are hell bent on that, we should thanks but no thanks and move straight for Rudoni.

That has to be one of the strangest final games ever.
Playing an already relegated side, who have gone a whole season without an away win, in weather conditions that made it feel like the first game of winter, playing in a home kit that we’ve been wearing for 15 months.

Pretty sure he went down the tunnel into the changing room before the game had even finished

Tommy could have 5, his finishing has been abysmal

Incredibly wasteful so far

The taster box from LJ Hugs in Broadmead. My god, unbelievable street food.
One in Bath too that's exactly the same.
Lush wraps aren’t they. Pack a bit of a punch too.

The greatest squad Rovers have ever had, and one of the strongest squads in league one this season, going to finish 20 points outside the play-offs. That’s some going

I think King will get some minute today, as a “final time at AG as a fan/player” type treat.

I wouldn't be surprised if somehow the deal get cancelled.
I’m sure he’s gutted to be living in a nicer place, playing at a more settled club at the level, and earning a fair bit more money each month!

Just over 400 Rotherham.
Blimey, fair play to them. The 06/07 game they brought about 60 iirc?

@GrahamC and I were discussing it the other day and I reached out to another otiber who shall remain nameless, but none of us could work out if he was eligible or ineligible based on the rules! My gut feel is no he’s not, but as he’s u21 he doesn’t need to be added to the squad list.
Elijah Morrison in the uncut video, maybe he has a chance of being included.
I think he is eligible, but don’t think he will be used

Just been to the sonny stores pop up in Quaker's friar, they’ve taken over the old Klausterhaus site whilst their usual place on Raleigh Road is being refurbed.
3 courses for £25, every weekday lunch. New menu every day.
Was amazing value (those with a * are eligible for the deal), essentially getting a 3 course meal that’s typically cost £40-£50 for £25. Highly recommend, and is an amazing work day pick me up!

Just out of interest though, what would you like to know about that the club haven't told you? What would make it better? I'm not starting an argument, just interested.
The irony in all this is, for me, if they would’ve just said something pretty cutting like “we appreciate all he’s done, but the working relationship became untenable, we weren’t going to renew his contract as a result and so we wanted to make a change” it would’ve actually made things easier for them as we are now.
It would’ve been a shock, made them seem harsh and very savage, but wouldn’t have meant anywhere near as much flack and toxicity for them as they’ve ended up receiving in the long run.
Whats the saying, if you tell the truth you’ll never need to try and remember what you’ve said?

My main takeaway from Allardyce was how out of touch he seemed to be with the game at the moment, e.g Nige was asked about Sheffield Wednesday and was talking about "Danny" (Rohl) and how he was doing well in his first job, to which Sam piped up with "who's Danny?".
It’s odd how many people in football really are like that, maybe players more so than managers. I guess if you’re so involved, unless you play against them, you won’t look at football anywhere near as intently as a fan would

in full time training with the first team now, judging by todays uncut vid.
still No sign of Adam Murphy, who is clearly just 5 months in to the longest ‘mini pre season’ known to man.

Tavistock is a must win.
The goal difference that Mousehole have could be crucial, although Larkhall are poor on the road so the hope has to be that continues.
Considering they could well get frome if they end up in the play offs, a positive result against them on Saturday is even more important
Tavistock, home of a Neil Warnock season ticket! Frequents their games quite often apparently.

I've been told that Jamie McAllister has been sacked after he allegedly headbutted someone at the awards evening.
Seen the above on twitter, could be bollocks
I thought it was just minibuses they liked headbutting
Ive had 3 separate messages from people saying the same

I’ve listened to this part a couple of times. Surely Nigel would have phrased this differently if he suspected BT & JL we’re conspiring against him. Does this exonerate BT of being a snake?
It’s either…
- JL is making decisions & conversations above Tinns role without consulting him, almost rendering him redundant
- JL & Tinns had the conversation, and were in agreement, and Tinns never brought it up to Pearson
- JL just made it up as a throw away comment/perception off the cuff in the interview
Not such which would be the worst tbh!

No shock one bit, we all knew it.
There’s not an ounce of class, real experience or professionalism between any of them, let’s be real.

I particularly liked the bit where he said that we can talk about being ambitious (which is why he joined us) but we have to show that in terms of our actions re the squad in the summer. Over to you SL.
I think this & a few other pointed comments have all been quite clearly aimed at ‘the board’ - along with the “not going to change things overnight” “the squad is weaker than last year (paraphrased)” “difficult to change anything mid season” as a bit of ‘it’s not me guv, it’s them’ from Liam & Hoggy, and that the squad isn’t as good as was shouted from the rooftops about back in the autumn. I still standby the fact I’d be amazed if the squad is 2 players bigger in August than it currently is, and that there won’t be much movement in/out.
They’re not stupid, and know the pressure that’s been put of them by the comments in October & November, but the recent run of results has probably given them a bit of license that currently, in their mind, they’ve bailed JL/Tinns/GM out a bit of what was an extremely toxic situation.

In all seriousness, I'm interested to know how he knows that there's that preconception of him. Someone obviously told him. I'm sure Nige use to reference things that the fans thought too. How do they know?
Because he had at MK & Oxford too, so won’t just be from his time here so far.
It’s pretty clear that a lot of people at the club read (and join!) here though, and however much they deny it, read twitter.
