  1. Managed to find a stream for it whilst I do some tidying. They’re having rings rang round them. Collins with a truly pathetic dive trying to cheat them in for a pen.
  2. Ex Rovers legend scores against them after 10 minutes for Oxford
  3. Would recommend Timisoara. €1.80 a pint in the town square!
  4. Fair play to her. And even worse of Gormridge and Wael for not addressing this at all publicly. They’re so cowardly it’s unbelievable. Can’t run a club and seemingly can’t even treat human beings properly either. Hope it comes home to roost for them next summer when they don’t go up, and them being hugely over budget this season comes back to bite them.
  5. They’re still a (huge) organisation (don’t really know how best youd call them really) - they can still exist and be part of HGT without supporting Rovers. Fair play to them for sticking two fingers up at Gormridge and Wael imo. The authentic family club knows no bounds.
  6. Imagine if there is one it’ll just be Tinns and Nige. Not a chance SL will show up and would he truly truly amazed if they let JL up there to public speak and answer Qs.
  7. FYI spoke to Jerry and they are allowing supporters, can just rock up don’t need a ticket.
  8. Anyone know/heard of the 21s game against Spurs on Monday at the HPC will have fans allowed up to it? Keen to go up for it.
  9. I’m sure their ethical, gormless ******* powers that be at the top will do absolutely nothing about it, along with their proud and strong connection with her game too, will be absolutely thrilled to see him agreeing with it and getting involved for absolutely no reason.
  10. Keegan today came out and said he can’t stand women footballers commenting/being pundits on mens games
  11. oh dear, how sad (and in no way a surprise in any way)
  12. I think any team can say that re injuries though. Unless you have an insanely bloated expensive squad, full of broadly unhappy players who aren’t playing much. Like we had under LJ & MA, really. And even then free agents and loans covered injuries thereafter! I do think too much is focused on injuries tbh. It’s an absolute inevitability that it’ll happen over the course of the season. And if we did ever have a fully fit squad, even for just a game or two, the narrative would probably be “X can’t even get in the squad, he’s on loads of money, the squads too big” Im personally really happy with the balance we have. Squad is by far the most balanced with proper strength in depth that we’ve had for many many years. And it actually has some value in it too… Maybe riding our luck with GKs, but who knows how Bajic would be if required to properly rise to the challenge. Could be a revelation. Getting McCrorie and Atkinson back will be huge too, especially the former.
  13. Yep and it probably won’t be the last time either, along with every other team in the country!
  14. That second goal is genuinely one of the best finishes I’ve ever seen from a city player. RVN/Zlatan/R9-esq.
  15. Fair play to Nige & co for going for it in a truly awful game, with truly awful officiating, away from home. Two goals by a sub, one assist by a sub. Would’ve been easy to try and ride it out and draw a line under it. We’ve pretty much just done what Stoke did to us on Saturday, which is why we can’t take too much from freak games like it. It’s football. It’s why we hate and love it in equal measure. Huge win.
  16. My MOTM, him and Naismith were excellent. Not a great night for those who actually said Roberts to start LCB tonight!
  17. It’s exactly why we can’t focus too much on games like Saturday. We have basically just delivered the exact same feeling for ourselves now, that Stoke had then.
  18. Truly awful game, but that is an absolutely huge win. They’re no mugs at home. Should’ve had 2 pens, truly horrific officiating. Huge huge huge.
