Why would Liverpool fans be anti Bristol city ?
Liverpool, not Liverpool fans. Forced through the EPPP.

Another anti-Liverpool wankfest incoming then
always want to see the English clubs do well in Europe
Liverpool are anti Bristol City, why would you support them?

Great work by the club, what a signing!

I don’t know what political affiliation has been arbitrarily assigned to either side so I’m not sure if I’m pleased Sunderland won or not.

You understand the political concepts of left and right, correct? Rangers have strong links to the nationalist far right. I have no time for them, or Celtic for that matter either. I have no idea why any Bristol City fans would care about them.
We have links to Communists, even though I despise them, are we a far left team?

You’d be mistaken for thinking that this was a Rangers forum by reading this thread, not a Bristol City one. Well done Frankfurt! I don’t care about some far right team from a few hundred miles away.
What’s a far right team?

Coincidentally I have the pair of them on ignore. Peas in a pod.
Really exciting game tonight, it’s a shame penalties had to decide it. Only going to be one winner.

If HMRC are prepared to sacrifice 65% of the bill to keep Derby alive, as a taxpayer I’m prepared to sacrifice 100% of it to make sure they die, to discourage others. What an alarming precedent.

I’m am amazed that any club would give Barton an interview with the court case on the horizon and jail time surely a certainty if convicted.

I find it hard to dislike Liverpool. They don’t go and buy a 100M player every season. They play great attacking football and have a fantastic manager. If you are a fan of the game it would be only jealousy that makes you dislike them. Would love to see West Ham beat the UAE tomorrow to take the PL right to the end
You don’t think the EPPP, their fans, the Suarez t shirts, and many other things come into it?
If it’s about success then the Royal Engineers, Blackburn Olympic, and Bury would be on the list as well - we have after all, won sod all.

It's got a massive enabling proposal of houses in Ashton Vale.
Anyone seriously thinking that would just fly through planning is utterly deluded.
I’d rather Ashton Vale was given over as a travellers camp, they’re much needed in the area and it will be a charitable move that will further endear SL to the locals.

I wanted Everton to come down but seeing Leeds take that spot is bittersweet.
I remember a fair few of their fans giving it their all when they got promoted, like the thought they’d be back down never occurred to them. That said I have no doubts they’ll get 6 points off us next season

Arsenal could get a hatful here and destroy Leeds’ terrible GD even more

Exactly. Imagine winning 6-0 after being five goals behind at start of play, and still missing out.
This place would be chortling all week.
As we did a few years ago when Preston beat cardiff 8-0 on the final day to leap frog them into the POs on GD

20-25 is far too much, people will want to see him consistently playing in his best position before spending that.Unless you have FFP issues he won’t be going anywhere as no one will pay what you want this season.
I think it boils down to your last point - if Leeds and Spurs (also rumoured to be in for him) think he can cut it in the Prem then he’s worth more than £10m, even in the post covid market.
If Spurs or Leeds won’t pay that much, then he’ll stay for another year.
Knowing our luck he’ll do his ACL in August….

See the gap between the police van and the wall with two lights on it?
Apparently 20,000 Liverpool fans were expected to pass through that gap and each be individually searched by police. What a joke.
