Well done Worcs though. That's a belting win.
Sussex and Hants going to the wire tomorrow. Sadly think Sussex and going to drop
Worcester putting in their best performance of the season when it's way too late....!

have to say though his words after the game to Atherton were pretty classy. Plus he (as captain) has hada lot to deal with in terms of the effects of Tom Maynard's death.
Still enjoy humming the occasional 'oh if Batty plays for England so can I' mind....
To be honest, I didn't see the interview
There's just something about the bloke that winds me up the wrong way. Pretty sure I read somewhere that team mates adore the bloke, probably a jealousy thing!!
-
Not just me then
I didn't like him before he played for Worcester
I didn't like him when he played for Worcester
I still don't like him
I don't think I ever will, Aiz!

Worcs got a tiny chance here?
Relegation deserved, I don't know how many times we scored between 130 & 170 this year, but it ain't good enough
Got some great young players coming through, no doubt they will all be at Lancs, Surrey etc in the next 2 to 3 years whilst we're stuck as a yo yo team. At least we get to beat Glos twice again next year.....

You could also donate your hard-earned to the Michael Robartes slate in the Cooper's Arms.
How long will £34 last you mate!?

Captains shake hands on the draw after Trego gets his ton.
Very strange as two more wickets would have given them another bonus point.
I think Hampshire & Yorkshire should be made to shake hands too....then I can lose my winnings on dodgy 1st round games in the Europa League tonight

those dark clouds are gathering!
I'm following the game on twitter, at the expense of my beloved Worcestershire, all for £34
Bit sad really!

Yorkies 153/3
Draw written all over it mate....

I'd have a pound or two on it raining somewhere, at some point, Super
By all accounts I should've been swimming to work this morning, barely a drop in Glos or Malvern yesterday
-
Just got 16/1 on the draw in Hamps - Yorks game.....that was worth a couple of quid
-
Worcester giving themselves two sessions to bowl out Durham, lets hope they are in the giving mood too....
-
Yorkshire are just on another level right now. It's scary.
Somersets choice to bowl first is little concerning.. they need a few wickets.
For what it's worth, I hope your boys win, and we take Hampshire down with us
-
Ryan Sidebottom - 3 wickets in the first over, Middlesex 0-3. Wow!
-
Well that's me supporting Glos in the final. Hope you smash em.
Me too - come on Glos!
-
Just saw that Tom, possible saving grace for Somerset, Sussex continue to pile on the runs against Worcester....looking black over the Malvern Hills from the office window, hope they are heading in the general direction of Worcester....
-
Down with the Worcester, you're going down with the Worcester
At least we can include our ginger haired stepson in the cricket conversation next season.....yes, Gloucestershire, I'm talking about you
-
I recall when Surrey gave Somerset free tickets for the T20 game at the Oval a few years ago.. they put us in a block with a load of pissed up corporates. Needless to say it did kick off at the end..
My love for Hampshire and Surrey is on a par with Rovers. Horrible clubs.
I don't think too many people would argue with that, Tom
Cesspits, the pair of them

I expect the post is like everything else in Cam.... a little slow.....
I didn't get them sent to my Mum's mate, now I'm in the big city I regularly get my post by 2pm most days....!!
-
I don't know if it stings more that they are way behind us, or that they are about the only sporting entity in Bristol not included under SL's umbrella
Spare ***** at an orgy type thing going on there
It really is pity more than anything else that I feel for them, and I know that City fans pitying that lot would sting like a mother******
Anyway, I'm still waiting on my half dozen Boro 0 City 1 stickers, I presume the Brentford game wasn't the only game that they were going to do this for?

Well, Well.
I just checked on WIKI (not that I ever doubted you ), and I see that he played 42 games for Leeds in the late 1990's after leaving Liverpool.
Quite amazing given their intense rivalry.
Done a quiz on the bbc the other day, I had completely forgotten Michael Owen had played for Stoke
Rush I can remember at Leeds, weird huh?
-
Sprake is correct Woodsy.
I'm a bit too young (!) to remember him. Wasn't he prone to an error or 4?
-
btw.. who punched Bobby Gould?
John Charles, Gary Sprake, Ian Rush, Gary Speed, Bryan Flynn, Terry Yorath.
I'm hoping it was little Bryan Flynn, and he sparked him out. That would be funny
I'll go for Sprake though

Such a great signing, especially for the shorter forms of the game where we've been lacking. The only problem will be that he's already on the fringes of the England team, we'll probably have to do without him for most of the season if he improves further!
Don't see Willey as a test match player, but if he's not in ODI and T20 then I'd despair. Great signing
Read that last night Phants, seems like a lucky boy
-
Havana - is that true about Leeds being a Welsh speaking outpost? I love stuff like that, everyday is a school day. Unless you're lying, in which case you are a bastard
I went 1-2 on the Yoshi competition, I'm in the doldrums, I see no reason to change that
Unless Gray signs between now and then, in which case we'll lose 2-3. Defence worries me

I don't like Hampshire, but 4 games ago they were dead and buried - that is a hell of a comeback
