  1. Got to be Colin until the end of the season

Is there a young coach somewhere who could come in and learn a bit from him? If true, and I don't doubt @Davefevs one bit then I'm gutted for NP. I wanted him, but for various reasons it just hasn't worked out. I just hope his health is ok

  2. Saints fan, still trying to work out what we done at the bottom of round 1

I found it all a little dull this year, we were too far down to get a real game changer, unless we mortgaged the entire farm off (glad we didn't). Rodgers took all the headlines, he's a strange bloke. I know he gives GB the best chance, but they must be getting really pissed off with him and his moods. Still talk of Denver doing something to try and get him there, could be an interesting watch over the summer. I think he's just as likely to 'retire' as he is to stay or get a trade he'll agree to

As for the picks, can't blame Bengals for Chase, Sewell made more sense though. Great pick for the Lions. Loved what the Browns done, Chargers seem to have had another good weekend. Hate Pitts going to Atlanta, he was my draft crush, I know have to hate him for the next 10 / 12 years

    Only 4 months to go......

    What happened?

Rings a bell, there was something on here a year or two ago I think

Pretty sure he done a instragram post denying everything, but he seems to have pissed off a lot of ex team mates

  4. If they had been a bit quicker on the trigger we could have had Sol Campbell in there

What a match made in heaven that would've been. One of the greatest footballers of all time, and the 6th richest club in the country

They should have moved earlier to snap up the footballing genius that is Sol Campbell

    Great minds, Hodge

This is absolutely mint. Please beat these Glaaaaster inbred *******.

This has not aged well, Kid ??

Fair shout, Bristol outstanding in first half, Vui ?

Second half, different game. We've (finally) got some game changers, and the soft underbelly we've had for years has gone. The SA contingent, as much as I think there's one or two too many, will make a massive difference. Polledri and Ludlow (again) were immense. Chuffed for Sharples getting his 50th Premiership try

I wouldn't have done it if I worked there as comes across to other clubs as pretty poor, BUT if it gets under their skin then so what! Clarkes "happy days" quote, all the Windass stuff, Wally "paid 300k for something that you could have for nothing in a few months", Wally being carried down Glos Rd, our scores being flashed up etc etc according to many Sags are all legendary stuff. We do the Colin Daniel thing and it is "bang out of order" so I was told!! ?

But they do it through some kind of jealousy, I can't think why else they'd be bothered if we lost or not
I'm happier keeping the moral high ground and not giving a **** about them. Insignificant

Wasn’t it the last time we played them..? I don’t see the problem & “Mind The Gap” should be used at every possible opportunity..!

I’m glad to see that we partake in a little bit of friendly piss taking.

    #mindthegap

Don't get me wrong, I've used it a thousand times on twitter, but from the official account? Leave it to the fans

  8. I'm up for a bit of social media shithousery from time to time, but the official City account has just tweeted JET's goal, tagged the Blue Few and gone with #mindthegap to 'celebrate' it being 5 years to the day we beat them in a no mark Cup competition

I find that a little embarrassing, anyone else? Having seen all the Bristol - Barf sparring in the build up to that game (congrats on beating them, btw!) I really don't want to see the football side of the business going down that route

Mark the 18 years since they were above us, but a 3rd rate Cup game? Not for me

It's like poking a two week old dog turd on the pavement, what comeback are we expecting?

If Bristol pick a reasonably strong side they should be looking to get at least 18 points from the Zebre and Ensei matches, that would set them on the way to the knockouts. I suppose they'll be targeting survival but if they get a good start in the league they might want a European run as well. I was hoping they'd draw Connacht but maybe next year they'll be playing Munster in the Heineken. @Woodsy's mob have that dubious honour for the coming season.

Ah, Munster - we meet again!
Looking forward to that one already, always a pleasure to welcome your lot. Just hoping for a nicer outcome this time around!

  10. Read most of page 1 before I snapped back into my own life and realised I couldn't give a **** about the half arsed ramblings of that bunch of *****. But the one comment that made me chuckle  was the ***** who mentioned about 'Snake' leaving them in the lurch with 'no handover' when Taylor more than doubled his pay packet (see Fordy's post above) and went to a bigger, more successful football club without needing to move house. I bet that same delusional **** was Walking himself sideways when Taylor shook hands on a deal with Oxford before going back to extract more money from the Jordanian gazillionaire, and joyfully repeated that handshake after scoring for the Blue Few against Oxford a few weeks later

I ******* hate that lot. I watch those videos about them being the 5th richest club in the country (or was it the world?) and how they're going to pass the 'shit' on their glorious promotion to the PL when I feel sad about what has happened here since Christmas, just to cheer myself up

I know it's been said a thousand times, but they really do keep giving, don't they? Like the ginger haired stepson no one ever wanted
