  1. Hate to be pedantic but it was the 2nd May - only pointed it out because it's the only time I've walked out of a game before the end, I just could not take anymore that night. But what was hilarious a few years later, they were relegated by their old mates Wycombe Wanderers on the 2nd May so had to change the title of their fanzine which was named after that date!
  2. Looks like they haven't lifted the boycott on their own home games yet.....will they ever sell out such a small tented village?!
  3. Reasonable come back to be fair but at least I didn't print my error on thousands of pieces of merchandise....!
  4. Or 'Wembly' as they once mis-spelled it on merchandise when they got there....you cannot choreograph comedy like that - they constantly cheer me up!
  5. Stay strong mate, best wishes...
  6. A shepherd said to me 'I've got 26 sheep can you help me round them up?' I said 'sure, let's call it's 30'.....
  7. Too right they have been lucky....how many games have they won without getting a pen or an opposing player sent off?! And that pen they got against Walsall was a disgrace, contact was three yards outside the area. Before any sag on here calls me bitter........you don't deserve the luck you've had so far because you play in a tented village, you boast about away followings that are pure fantasy, you think fans of every other club love you, you truly believe your owner is richer than ours, you ridicule our new stadium when you secretly would love to have the same, you worship a striker who showed such a woeful lack of class when scoring against a club he'd agreed to join, you believe your kit is world famous and unique.......I could go on and on.... Hopefully the phrase I hate comes true - "luck evens itself out over a season" - if that is true they are f*cked...
  8. Dopey walked into a tobacconist, stood at the counter and looked at the sales assistant. 'Can I help you sir?' she asked. 'Yes, have you got ten Players? squeaked Dopey...
  9. We took more to Anfield in 1994 than we had at our previous home game, against Notts Co I think it was. That's embarrassing...
  10. They're saying on their forum that their real average away following is well over 1,000 because their abandoned match vs Swindon should have counted....
  11. It's quite a long list isn't it! But hang on, they sold out 100% of their away allocations in the Conference and last season too according to the clown who came on here - so those tables must have been compiled by a 'pesky 'ted' - surely the 4k they took to Chelsea follow them away every week?!
  12. To be fair Holloway didn't say that did he? What he did say was pretty hilarious now we can look back though! They've really kicked on from that 'achievement' haven't they??!!!
  13. Ask them what 'franchise' means if it happens again. That's what I do and they haven't got an answer, they don't actually know what the word means and just seem to mumble some b0llox about MK Dons and Wimbledon... It's laughable!
  14. Remember that well! Laughed for weeks! And I also recall they had a monstrous home crowd at the Mem of just over 9,000 for the first leg - couldn't even sell out for a play off game with promotion at stake! Funnily enough, didn't Grimsby beat Northampton in the Final that year? "Print that b@stard Dopey".....
  15. My favourite time on a clock face? 6.30 hands down...
  16. Someone threw some Omega 3 pills at me, luckily my injuries were only super fish oil.....
  17. Some clown on that site saying they averaged 1,300 away last season when they 'finished 3rd in league one' - a) that 1,300 figure is rubbish b) he doesn't even know what division they were in last season! Utterly hilarious as usual!
  18. Pity they don't take many to their own home games...
  19. Did they take their usual thousands to an away game? As the joker on here said recently they 'sold out every away allocation last season' so surely they had around 4,000 at Bramall Lane tonight?! Edit: when I said 'the joker on here said...' I didn't mean you The Joker, I meant the clueless sag making ridiculous claims...unfortunate choice of phrase! A Freudian slip!
  20. Couple of things - there isn't a division called the 'Premiership' and Derek McInnes didn't manage us in League One.....if you're gonna have a go, please check your facts
  21. Absolutely! For me Bradford away in 1989 League Cup quarter final was just amazing and it's hard to beat that...
  22. Genuine question! It was the best atmosphere you've ever experienced at a game?
