Hi Phil! Any reason the billionaire hasn't actually put his hand in his pocket yet then? Surely you should be doing what we did? We bought the best players in league one and walked the division...but then again we found it easy to attract them at that level. Still, I expect any prospective signing would take one look at your collection of tents, ramshackle terraces, tiny stand and cricket pavilion and get the hell outta there! Wasn't there a thread on Gas Chat ridiculing LJ's comment that our stadium can attract players?! Really?! Your fans can laugh at our stadium?! Wahey!
