I believe what Bolton fans are doing is voting, entering tools under there browser, internet options, delete cookies. Then refresh twice, and you can vote again, withoutbhaving to close down the browser. But thats cheating. And you may delete a cookie you want! Click on "Internet Options" Click on Delete Cookies.. Then click on Refresh on the five live page - (it will come up "you must have cookies enabled") just click REFRESH again...
